Hi everyone! My name is Gabrielle, and I've been playing ttrpgs for a few years now, GMing for the last few months. My main format is Play by Post, as I've found it's a great way to play and flesh out characters and backstories. I've been doing text roleplays since I was a teenager, and have always highly enjoyed them! I've taken that experience in writing and brought it to a more structured setting, and it's been going well. I currently only GM for the Cosmere RPG system, as I'm a huge Cosmere nerd. Hi, my name is Cooper Rosario. I'm 15 years old. I've been DMing for a while. My previous campaign ended in a spectacular way, and I'd like to find a new group of weirdos. I don't have any preference when it comes to DM or Player, but I tend to gravitate towards DMing. I want to find people with similar playstyles, therefor roleplayers, collaborative storytellers, and campaigns with a story and character first mindset have my preference. But I'll never say no to humor and comedy. I can quickly think on my feet, I can adept to any setting, any party composition, and have the patience to give others the spotlight.

Been part of a Candela Obscura table for about 2 years every other Tuesday. Love that so much got a tattoo of it. Tried to branch out to roll 20 discord voice for a few months, got enjoyment out of it but i started to feel pressured to 'perform'. I also hated how an entire session could be filled up with just combat. While combat is fun, if it is number crunchy and too long it just feels like a waste of time. I'm a rp and lore junky. I loved the characters and story of my campaigns, did not care or know really how to make a super powerful and dps build. Which tells me while I prefer combat to be more rp prone. I'm a 34 year old mailman and husband and father, so time is very tight. I will post at least 5 posts a day. Depending on the workload and how high maintenance the family is, and if I find the pbp compelling, I might do a lot more. I hope so. That's why I ultimately ended up bowing out of the dnd. So my next stepping stone in my ttrpg journey is to find a pbp that posts normally that focuses on rp and story. While I appreciate the chaos and uncertainty of the dice it shouldn't be at the deterrent of player creativity, or fun, or rule of cool. But that's just me. I can learn any system or setting, I'm a smart dude. I value the people and the pc and the story over all. Also, I'm from Kansas. In the US. Normal sleep schedule. So CDT is where I'm at. That has been an issue before. I've never done paid pbp before but if the quality of the campaign, and set up, and pace is good enough I have no issue helping with a few dollars to the gm

Greetings all! I have been playing TTRPGs on and off for 25 years and although I am naturally more combat-focused, I have been wanting to improve my roleplaying skills a bit more. Not that I think I am awful at roleplay, but we all have room for improvement and that just feels like the skill I could do better in. I started out GM'ing and have been ran probably 60-75% of the campaigns I have been involved in, so I am very open to either a player or GM role. Right now I am just looking to have fun, so i am not looking to pay or be paid to play a game right now. Maybe if I have time in the future, I will start doing "professional" gamemastering, but as of right now I am just looking for a group to have fun with and build a mutually enjoyable world together. I am a US veteran on the ace spectrum, queer and a trans woman. I will always be curteous and kind to all, except anyone that just generally doesn't believe that ALL individuals should be treated with the same level of dignity and respect. I'm Daniel, a 28yo dude looking to play either online or in person in the Minden, Nevada area. Can play pretty much any time on Wednesdays, preferably every other week. Looking for group and DM to play with that meets consistantly for a long term game. Experience: Been playing D&D on and off since maybe 2016, and have DM'd several games, though I'm looking to just be a player. Most of my experience is with 3.5e, though I'm farely familiar with 5e and have played a few one shots. I've also played Pathfinder 1e. Note that I haven't played anything in a few years now, so I may be a little rusty. I'm mostly looking to play D&D5.5e/2024, as I quite like some of the stuff they've done with the races, classes, and backgrounds. I don't know that I want to play a module. I'd rather play in a homebrew game, whether set in the Forgotten Realms or a similar setting. I am also interested in some of the new Ravenloft content. Class/Race Preferences: I love Warlocks and Necromancers first and foremost, but I also enjoy rogues, druids, bladesinger wizards. Currently itching to play a Reborn GOOlock leaning heavily into some good ol' cosmic horror. Role Play/Combat: My favorite games I've been in were pretty heavy in RP and made me feel an emotional connection to the player characters. At the same time, I do enjoy combat and enjoy the power fantasy of playing strong characters (though I'm also very into making an aesthetically/thematically pleasing character that may not be as strong as they could be). When it comes to combat, I don't like games where every combat encounter is Dark Souls the TTRPG. I don't mind a challenging encounter that makes me think tactically, or even the occasional encounter that isn't meant to be won, but when every encounter feels like the party is severely out-matched, that's when it stops being fun (I've been in one of those kinds of games). As I mentioned before, I do enjoy a good power fantasy, so balancing challenging encounters with some that are a breeze and make the players feel bad-ass, is the way to go for me. General Content: I like high and dark fantasy, horror, epic stories, emotional connections between characters. While I tend to lean toward serious characters and stories, comedic relief is more than welcome (and generally inevitable in my experience). Adult Content: I'm fine with mature themes if everyone else is.

26 year old player. I've played around 10 sessions of D&D 5e, DM'd a few sessions of 5.5e, and played some Cyberpunk RED. I enjoy a good balance of roleplay and combat, and I usually adapt my playstyle to fit the group's needs, which plays into me enjoying a supportive role and helping the party get into and out of mischief.

I've been playing Dungeons and Dragons for about a Decade now. In my time as a DM, I always had a preference for horror and high fantasy, with a special place in my heart for Curse of Strahd. When it comes to playstyle, I'm more focused on the Roleplay aspect, though I can change it up as needed. I love building characters, and over my time as a Forever DM, I have built literal hundreds of characters, most of which rarely if ever get to see the light of day. My name is Bina and I have only in my mid-30s been intrigued by ttrpgs. I've always been a writer and a storyteller and fell in love with Dimension 20 and just the overall concept of group storytelling using shiny math rocks. My work schedule prevents me from being able to participate in d&d nights at my local game store, and while I'm open to DMing in the future, I would love to first find a group to join as a new player to get my sea legs underneath me first. I love fantasy and sci-fi of most kinds, but have noticed that a lot of people tend to gravitate to darker, grittier settings and horror. I would like to avoid that if at all possible, and my ideal fit would be a more whimsical and hopeful setting. I fell in love with gnomes as a race/species as I have ADHD and the descriptions of gnomes just screams ADHD to me. Plus, in my reading I have discovered that gnomes are one of the lesser-played races and that's heartbreaking to me and I can't let that stand.

Started playing D&D in 2020 and I'm finally giving DM'ing a try. Looking for five or six players that are going to start at Level 3 in Eberron, (still my favorite setting after playing in a wild campaign for or a year and a half.) Any campaign frame or game length, preferably at least a short campaign is okay!!) - Vampire the Masquerade (absolute newbie, know a little bit but definitely need help & explanation for lore & game) - Powered by the Apocalypse systems (also never played, most interested in Masks & Thirsty Sword Lesbians but would read into others as well!) - Candela Obscura (Read the quickstarter guide and very intrigued) What else I'm looking for: - 100% AI-free games. Non-negotiable. - Preferably a weekly or bi-weekly game on week-nights, sometime between 6pm - 11pm/12am CEST. hola internet! I'm Mina! im 18+ and I live in an EST time zone I'm fairly new to roleplaying games. I've played mostly D&D 5e (I've done aproximately 10-20 games of that, but all my main friend groups stopped playing TvT) I'm big into the roleplaying aspects, as I've played characters through text as a "job" on a decently popular Minecraft server during Covid (didn't get paid, but i enjoyed it a ton!). As far as me, I do digital art, I enjoy gadgets and cool nicknacks, andd my favorite game ever is Destiny 2. I'm new-ish to dnd 5e and 5.5e. I have played a few sessions but never found a group worth staying with. DM EXPERIENCE: Recently my children watched Stranger Things and wanted to play dnd. So I bought a starter adventure and we are learning how to play together. I DM for my family but will not DM for strangers as I feel I'm not qualified. PLAYER EXPERIENCE: I love warlock and will always roll a warlock when available. I won't ever make a melee character but will multiclass for the build if it requires or seems fun but I'm a magic user through and through. I LOVE healing in video games but dnd is not a video game and does not adhere to the rules of healing that I'm used to. I tried cleric as my first ever character and realized that healing wasn't the same. After that I made a warlock and felt the call. Hex and eldritch blast ftw. Never played past level 4 unfortunately.

I consider myself an immersion-first kind of player, I like to make my decisions in character with the same thought process my characters would if possible. With neither race accepting the other half of him, he struggled on his own to survive as a boy after his mother passed. An orphan with not even a name to his being, he became notorious among the gangs of the gate for both his tenacity and thieving abilities. Eventually forming his own gang with help from a close friend he had made after they were busted on a job together. His elven raw magical talent but lack of training made his magic shape in a peculiar way. Turning him into a soul knife rogue who would eventually find himself knocking on Strahds doorstep. Was the party leader for a curse of strahd game. Was somewhere between a reckless but respectable older brother and that cool but weird uncle. (Neutral good). Sinphony - A downloaded consciousness in a sci-fi world, Sin was a research robot tasked with stopping a galaxy wide plague. Body built by an A.I his people worshipped, Sin was once a human who's being was uploaded into the great ARK shortly before his death. From the transfer not much of himself came with him except flashes of a past he cant quite make out and his scientific acumen. Now he is the science officer for a ship headed to deep space. The main doctor in charge of experimentations and quarantine on the galactic illness. Generally played as a CDC disease specialist and pretended to be more of a robot then he was. A mostly kind being though one willing to make sacrifices to stop the spread of the galactic plague. (Neutral good).
