Hi guys! I’m Anthony (19M, ftm), an artist looking for an online homebrew high fantasy campaign to join. I have a very flexible schedule, and am avalaible most weekdays. I prefer sessions in the afternoon/evening (EST) that run between 3-5 hours long. Player info: I'm more roleplay oriented and like a 70/30 split of roleplay to combat. I tend not to create very lore dense backgrounds, instead focusing on interesting character arcs/dilemmas. I love immersing myself in a world and getting invested in the plot, brainstorming interactions between my characters and the other players, etc. I'm okay with characters dying in reasonable circumstances/with narrative buildup. I have a few character concepts ready that I'm more than willing to tailor to your story! Hi! I'm Maria, 23 F. 💗 I went to a D&D camp twice as a kid and absolutely loved the experience. That said, I haven't played tabletop since then and would definitely consider myself a beginner. What I like the most about D&D is the roleplay and storytelling. I've gotten a taste of it recently playing BG3 on PC but would like to try tabletop again. I love making characters with proper personalities, backstories and getting way too invested in them. 😂 I especially like emotional stories, mysteries and themes like complicated friendships, yearning, devotion, tragedy and all that fun stuff. I do enjoy combat too, just wouldn't want it to be the main focus. I might be a little quiet at first but once I get to know the group, I open up. I think I'd enjoy a group where everyone's characters actually get to know each other and the story feels like something we're creating together. I'm also very happy for the DM to mess with my character's backstory and work parts of it into the campaign. Hello everyone, names Weabbo! I'm an European player with 4 years of on & off D&D experience and around a decade with text based roleplaying & sessions. I often enjoy games that focus on a smaller parts of an extensive world, with a constant dose of thrilling combat, fun & chaotic character interactions and mysteries that don't rely on cheap twists to keep themselves going. I enjoy dark/serious topics as much as a story of our characters basically dicking around. I prefer campaigns that are on the medium/longer side. I can do one-shots/short missions, but I find that I only really enjoy them when they are interconnected with a larger narrative. Currently interested in trying out other systems than D&D, most prominently Lancer(I love mechs) and Mutants&Mayhem(I love superheroes). Although I live in the GMT timezone, I'm no stranger to playing at unusual times to match people from other timezones.

I'm Tomb, a (technically) 6 year DND player (on and off and with a lot of "rule of cool" tables so not a veteran) looking for a game for Sunday Nights usually starting around 8 EST (though my schedule will probably open soon!) Im a storyteller at heart, with a big focus on worldbuilding, lore, and character driven narratives. I like getting into the depths of the worlds history and seeing what makes it tick while playing with harsh backstories that loom like shadows over the players, but I tend to shy away from GrimDark, I like some hope with my whump please! None of that means I don't like combat though, combat plays a really important part in a lot of stories and can be interesting in their own right! I do know a lot of the rules for DND 5e, I've been watching actual plays long enough to have picked up on the rules, but I prefer Homebrew over RAW and Rule of Cool over Rules Lawyering I'm a huge fan of actual plays, namely Campaign 2 of critical role, Dimension 20s Misfits and Magic, A Court of Fey and Flowers, and The Seven, a small one shot campaign called World's Apart, and the beginning half of Godsfall (before the cast imploded) Literature wise I'm an avid reader of high fantasy, Eragon being my favorite series, along with Harry Potter (fuck terfs), and a niche Midgrade series called Avalon: Web of Magic! TL;DR in the DMs Guide Player Types: Im an Explorer, a Problem Solver, and a Storyteller, but I'm more than willing to hit something along the way, i prefer Homebrew and Rule of Cool over RAW, and i want some found family/hope with my hard story beats! Hey! I'm looking for a Cyberpunk Red group to play online with. I have two years of experience with ttrpgs (dnd 2024), and a couple of sessions of Cyberpunk Red behind my back. And I'm really hungry for more! I'm really a planning, thinking, writing down and weighting out a decision kind of player. Looking forward to playing a campaign (I understand if you make like a test trial one-shot to see how it plays out). I can make a character tailored for your campaign/other party members, but I would prefer playing solo, which I really enjoyed before. The reason for me posting here in the first place is that my friends group wants to wrap things up with Cyberpunk, while I really want to play more (and I'm the most hungry for ttrpgs in my friends group in general). I'm also kind of a book nerd, I've read the book probably three times by now (excluding the lore, I'm a fan of the universe of the Cyberpunk, but actually reading through stories is hard for me, since, well, reasons...), mostly focusing on mechanics and the playable content part. And I'll warn you in advance about two things: Cyberpunk isn't that flexible, in my opinion, but I do tend to min max sometimes (when it doesn't hurt the narration). English is not my first language, my level is a solid C1 (fluency, I'm typing this out without any tools), but I do have somewhat of an Eastern European accent and can stuble over my words under pressure. Hi! I'm Tako, I'm 25, and I just graduated from university. I'm from Texas, and some of my biggest hobbies are anime, video games, baking, TTRPGs, history, and, of course, sleeping. I've been playing D&D for around 7... maybe 8 years now? It's honestly been so long that I've lost count, but it's become one of my favorite hobbies. As for quirks, I definitely have a few. I have ADHD and dyslexia, so I can be a little scatterbrained at times, but I promise I mean well! Dislikes are mostly the obvious stuff—people being mean or rude. I also have two very important food opinions: oatmeal raisin cookies are a crime, and pineapple absolutely does not belong on pizza (spawn of the devil). I also prefer to avoid politics entirely, and I'm not a fan of AI being used for character references or story writing. One fun fact about me is that I can make tiramisu completely from scratch, which I'm pretty proud of! My favorite animal is the lion. When it comes to D&D, I absolutely love melee characters. There's just something satisfying about charging into the thick of a fight. That said, I'm trying to branch out and play more spellcasters to expand my comfort zone. No matter what I play, though, I tend to enjoy characters who serve as a light in the darkness—people who try to inspire hope even when everything seems bleak. Looking forward to getting to know everyone! I am currently wanting to find a group who enjoys both serious and fun moments for games! Hello there! I am Aevan. I recently graduated as a Bachelor of Engineering, Majoring in Electronics. I like buttermilk, dark chocolate and apples. I am always serial crafting one concept before leaping to another worldbuilding, neither of them bearing any similarity beyond their unfinished state and their existence in my synapses. Those rare few lucky enough to get incarnated unto txt files and word docs are few and far between. And they, too, bear the mark of incompleteness despite the level of "corporeality" they may have managed to ascend to. I am a DnD 5e foreverGM looking to indulge myself as a player. The rare times I do get to play, my class of choice may range from purely relativistic melee to Spellswords. I usually play as Intrigue or Detective sorts, with high sink in Int & Wis stats, at times synergizing with abilities like Grim Psychometry or spells like Legend Lore. I do enjoy a good mindless Barbarian or a "I hit 3 times at a row" Human Fighter every now and then, as you do. I am very green to many systems, and while I intend to learn as I go, I do hope my newbie shenanigans, combined by the inner Player finally being released unto a sandbox, will prove to be very little nuisance to the rest of my fellow players. Hi I'm Kenny (25M), I've been a TTRPG player for a year now. I've also tried my hand at GM-ing a Cyberpunk Red campaign and it was more trouble than it's worth. I'm basically a beginner at D&D as my group switched systems to Fate after a few months of starting, but I did like the structure D&D provides. I don't have a preference for the system as each have their own charm. I am available every day of the week post 5pm CET except Fridays. I am reliable when it comes to sessions and won't miss any without a valid reason. I enjoy character building and some serious roleplay. I'm alright with jokes as long as they do not ruin an emotional moment. I prefer character bonding and RPing together rather than each individual doing their own thing and others having to follow. There also needs to be a serious threat of the character dying as without it players (typically me) tend to go on silly tangents which do not contribute much to the story (basically, keep me in check). Overall I do prefer the RP over combat. I hope to find an non-toxic, easygoing and reliable group, and a DM who is not too strict with the rules.

Hello! My name is Alex and I've played D&D for a couple of years but still feel like there are still many things to learn. I'm not fixed to certain versions or rules of the game, although I do prefer 5e, so it's just a matter of remembering the set up the DM or group plays by. I prefer weekly sessions on Fridays (after 6 pm) or Saturdays (after 5pm) CST time. I still have school so 2 hr sessions should be good, but I am flexible to more or less. I feel that I am typically reliable for joining sessions, but last minute school events do occur, much to attempts to prevent it. I am the kind of person that likes roleplay focused games over actual combat. Fighting is fun, but interacting with others, making decisions, and fooling around is more my style. I'd prefer that our characters don't die, but know it's also a part of the game. I typically play bards and like to consider D&D to be a way to express oneself and explore in a way that people sometimes can't in the real world. I am a fan of dark humor, comedy, surprises, NSFW moments, and thought provoking scenarios.

My schedule is fairly free currently, so I'm not especially picky about timeframe or game frequency. I tend to enjoy creating characters tied to already existing structures within the world in order to both work with the DM to flesh out a central region or organization of the campaign and anchor that character to a set of themes and locales that will likely be relevant to the campaign. I'm bigger on roleplay than combat, though I have no qualms with combat. I have no problem with character death so long as it is established as a possible threat from the getgo.

A 28-year-old male who has been the (mostly) Forever Dungeon Master for a long time, who's now looking to experience the game from the other side of the DM Screen! I've run many campaigns with homebrew settings, items, mechanics, monsters, and even full systems, and it's all been based on a firm foundation of either DND 5E or PF2e, so I'm fairly comfortable with both. I loved both combat and roleplay as a DM, and I don't suspect I will shy away from either as a player, but what excites me most about them respectively are the possibility of consequences (up to and including player character death) and the process of gathering unique friends, allies, enemies, and nemeses that the party goes through. Needless to say, I love me some verisimilitude for both characters and setting, so if that's your jam, I am there for it! As for my personal tastes surrounding pop culture, I've been a fan of Warcraft ever since I could comprehend how to move a mouse across the screen. Warcraft is my bread and butter, but that doesn't mean I'm not a fan of things like the following (in order of familiarity): Halo, Starcraft, Lord of the Rings, Game of Thrones, Warhammer (40K and Fantasy/The Old World), and both Mass Effect & Dragon Age! Ultimately, I just want to create a character, get immersed, and make some friends (both in-game and out) along the way!

I enjoy both roleplay focused as well as combat focused games, with puzzles being my weakness for gameplay. I want an excuse to create more custom characters and worlds, so after the learning curve is finished, I will probably want to get into DMing. Hello, I'm erazor, a French software developer and unlike a lot of my peers, I actually speak English. Shocking, I know. So far I've only played 2 campaigns as a player: the first a DnD 5e one, run by a friend so we could "try out" the system, and the second a Dragonbane campaign. I'm currently running a DnD 5e campaign myself as a DM, so I might give being a player with strangers a shot someday ! I'm still kind of a newbie in the TTRPG world; I use Foundry as my only VTT and have never touched any other. As for my playstyle: I'm a sucker for dwarves. I don't really know why, but I love them (maybe I watched a little too much Lord of the Rings growing up). I'm a straightforward guy, so I lean toward paladin / fighter / barbarian types; and if my character gets to be a bit dumb, even better. On the logistics side: I'm based in France (CEST / GMT+2) and looking for online games mainly. I'm flexible on frequency, weekly, bi-weekly or one-shots all work and I have no preference between the 2014 and 2024 rules since I'm not familiar with every rules, so either edition is fine. I'm available every weekday evening from 7PM to midnight (CEST), as long as I'm given enough notice (ideally 3 - 4 days ahead), and occasionally on weekends from 2PM to midnight. I'm reliable; barring the occasional real-life surprise, I show up consistently on game night.
