Anyone in NW Atlanta, Georgia looking for an in person game? We have a group of six players I’m GMing that are halfway through book 3 of Mummy’s Mask AP. we can add one player to this game if Wednesday evenings works better. I've done public play-by-posts, private games like this one online, played in long-running IRL and online games, and generally have experience with all manner of IRL and Online games! GMT-6) with a pretty open availability for the most part.  Most games are focused on power fantasies: slay the evil, fulfill the prophecy, become the chosen hero. It's fun, of course; who doesn't enjoy feeling unstoppable? Walking into a fight knowing you're the biggest thing in the room. It's satisfying and leads to some super sick scenes- But that's not what I'm craving right now! No, today I want struggle- Not neccesarily bad endings or being snatched or taken by the villain, but friction, frustration, etc. I want to sit there counting my gold and silver and actually have to choose between taking a new weapon, or do I stock up on potions because last time nearly killed me? Manage every resource I got, between income, sleep, and time- Even so far as trying to harvest specific bits of monsters because they sell better or going out at specific times for a hunt. I want the small stuff to matter; the quiet math of survival- Choosing party members for stats, abilities, temperament, who to put my trust into. Building bonds and butting heads but trying to keep tensions down without dying. I want to feel a loss of an ally, both in emotion and mechanic. A gap. I want to survive, to have a chance, to struggle but make it out and FEEL when I don't. My immediate feelings are probably obviously fantasy stuff, low magic, that sort- I'm most familiar with DnD5e but I'm MORE than aware that it doesn't wholly work for this. Dicelite, no dice, whatever the GM wishes for! I'm down. Now, in terms of NSFW presence; I would like a little bit! Preferably not nonstop fucking, but some smut here and there would be pleasant- A way to get closer with allies, take my mind off of things, make connections to use later- Whatever really! Hey all, me and my buddy found an interesting system and expansion called Mythic Ages which is a faction building game based on a d100 system. We are looking for four more players in order to round the group out nicely. The premise of the ages expansion is almost mount and blade like with you running a faction in a sci-fi world (fantasy races are fine) that has gone through an apocalypse and you get to build up a faction in the ashes of the world. The system states you get a bit of interesting tech to start but for the most part your building civilization back up from the ground up. You will have a player character but the focus is on building up a faction. As for other things I should mention the entire game will be text based on discord. so the only thing required is a device with discord. We can also provide all necessary rulebooks to those unfamiliar with the system (we are pretty new ourselves). Overall we are looking for a game that we can keep going pretty casually when we have a chance via discord text so it will be consistent but shouldn't be a huge time commitment. Some other things to expect is plenty of PVP as it will be a faction based game and they will likely come into conflict with each other so but It will be expected of you to not press these issues beyond the game. Welcome to Rifts End, the portal to the new world.     In Deadlands Noir, the united states is still divided since the civil war. One of the most interesting area is the land in California which couldn't be decided between the North and South forming the California territory. This is where we find Rift's End a boom town turned to a prosperous city. When Las Angeles was a slave town it forced a lot of the population northward. Reaching Rift's End. The town was formed in 1855 and become very big in 1880s with the influx of Asian population and others coming from the east to this prosperous city. Then it goes to where we are currently in 1924, North and South now working together better then ever. They fought on the side of the Triple Entente, and now focus working together on highly internal affairs.     In 1870s wired things began to happen of magic that the mortal world could never have their hands upon. This was from a native american ritual that happened in Montana, to try to prolong the American Civil War to keep the attention off the native american tribes. This prolonged the Civil War to 1873. Which ended in a truce to end hostilities in with slight border changes. The town started to decline in population after 1862. The town sat at a population of 70 odd people in fluxing higher and lower. Until 1874 when Las Angeles was hit by a strong earthquake creating deep crevasses exposing a new kind of rock referred to as Ghost Rock which acts like coal but burns at five times hotter and screams when burned. Then hit by a large tsunami flooding valleys formed by the earthquake ruining a lot of the land that could be used. The south forced a lot of their slave labor into these areas to rebuild the area, these combining factors forced a lot of the population to the north to Rifts end.     Before this a family of eleven entered the small town, Six Males and five females living in a nicer house they made in the middle of town. They live pretty secluded but the head of the family, Frank Porter, made the towns new paper gaining quite a reputation for his Littauer he made. Even making it into the Tombstone Gessate. Which off this platform he advertised Rift's End as a paradise in the west. by 1902 the town reached a population of 60,000. Thew town spans across the coast bringing people form all directions. No less the help of Frank Porter, The King of the Radio Waves.     By 1924, the town has reached a population of 280,000. Somehow the family has found most of themselves in places of power. Frank Porter - Radio host of "Truth Radio." but more importantly now "Late Night with Porter". His late night tv show bringing in all the celebrities around the world. Hello! My name is Sam & I am looking to run an Escape from Dino Island oneshot for 3-4 people this coming Saturday - February 21st at 17.00 GMT. Escape from Dino Island is a Powered by the Apocalypse system where things have just gone awry on an island full of dinosaurs. You need to escape the island, but various obstacles stand in the way of success. The system heavily encourages you to flesh out your character during play, mainly by having you tell stories about your past when taking certain actions (with the game providing prompts for stories you can tell). Since it's a PbtA system, there are a series of archetypes/"playsheets" that you can pick for play, and there's a list of moves that define what you can do in-game. This should only take a single session, which should last 3-5 hours. Character creation will be done as a group at the start of the session. Roll20 will be used for a map & for rolling, and Discord will be used for voice chat. Cameras will not be in use. Regarding me, I've been regularly GM'ing for about 9 years now. A lot of that has been D&D, but I've been getting into PbtA over the last year. This will be the second time I'm running Escape from Dino Island. Hello adventurers! I’m putting together an open-table Pathfinder 1st Edition West Marches game with multiple DMs. It's something I have been working on for the past few months along with some good friends of mine. We have many veterans and new players already and while our intended audience is europeans and mostly the Dutch (as are we) we are open to players from other places in the world as long as the timezones line up well enough. We will be running it from a heavily customized discord server. Many of us are TTRPG veterans and love helping new players figure out new systems and we have even written some guides and handouts to help new players out. Besides that we also have weekly character help sessions and a small forum where DMs can help you out. Below is a 1 page lore primer for the location and setting which itself is set within the baseline setting of pathfinder: Lore primer Actual play will likely be starting on the 20th of February and will be online on a virtual tabletop (free and in browser) so even far away friends can join! We've constructed it in such a way that even if you join later you will not have to suffer FOMO or be afraid that you miss out on things when you are not there as there are always multiple areas available with multiple plot threads to focus on within those areas. We are looking to bag around 15 to 20 players so strike while the iron is hot! Language in character will be English in game and out of game language will likely be Dutch unless there is an overseas friend also attending!

Im running a Homebrew Campaign in D&D 2024 5th Edition. The game starts in two isles known as the Stormlands (Small Description Below) Because of the setting the only starting races to choose from are Humans, Dwarves and Halfings (And Dhampir versions of those) but as the campaign evolves you can unlock more races. All classes and other character options are available. The Campaign revolves around exploring the land beyond the one you know and discovering the unknown. None of the current lore is completely fleshed out and changes and additions can be made. We plan on doing a session 0 where we'll discuss parts of the game and create our characters. The game will be played on D&D Beyond and We have 3 players so far. We are seeking 2 more players so if you are interested comment below (Ages 16-21 preferred as I myself am 17) The Stormlands: Two lands surrounded by rough impassable sea. The land is ruled by humans, but there are Halfings working in the fields and Dwarves in The Peak. The Factions are split into Three: The Northlands, a rocky, militaristic isle under one rule. The Noble Kingdom or the Kingdom ruled by a long line of kings where honor and nobility is worshiped. The City of Delon, a city for and by the people under elected rule it houses the biggest centralized population in The Stormlands. The Two Isles are connected by a bridge older than History books can date and guarded by The Northland Military. In the middle of the southern Isle lies an old and mysterious Forrest named The Elder Forest, it is only visited by hunters or Men who have a death wish. Small Unruled Villages and farms are scattered about the Southern isle but in the Northlands, not an inch of land is not accounted for. The Stormlands have hundreds of years of lore and tradition but the one thing unknown, is what lies beyond the sea.

I’ve been a Highlands (NW Denver) resident for over 20 years and I’m looking to find a few fellow adventurers (parent/kid combos) to join my 12-year-old son and me for a bi-weekly D&D quest. The Quest We will be starting with new Level 1 characters with the intent to take them all the way through advanced levels. We’ll be running Tales from the Yawning Portal: essentially the "Greatest Hits" of D&D history. The Table Rules: Support for Beginners: If you've never played, don’t worry. We just ask that the kids can handle basic math, some writing, and most importantly, take the gameplay seriously.  The "Vibe": Expect classic D&D action: visceral combat (think: "The blade slices through the creature's neck..."), story narrative and a "PG-13" atmosphere. In our household, we allow the occasional "shit," but no F-bombs. Obviously, we will modulate as the new group gels. I'm pretty relaxed about stuff, but do want to set the stage. I’ll be the DM I am an experienced DM, but it’s been 30 years since I've done it and the game has changed, so I’ll be learning a bit. For me, it’s about the fun rather than precision (no rule nazis, please), but I do like to lean on dice so that I’m not a dictator for ever decision. Also, I’m not against killing off characters. (It’s not fun, if there is no risk.) If that happens, you’ll start with a new one. I’m also going to experiment with adding AI and multimedia to the game play. Logistics: Schedule: Thinking alternating Sundays (4–8 PM) or Fridays (5–9 PM). The "Life Happens" Rule: If you can’t make it, someone will pilot your character so the party stays whole. We also may have to reschedule/cancel sometimes due to my work travel schedule. Hosting: I’ll host at my home in the Highlands, but our first meeting when we make characters could be at a public location. I’ll provide a healthy dinner initially (I can handle special diets), then I’ll ask the players to help once we’ve gotten into a routine. Online|5e 2014| 4 players wanted for a monster hunter inspired campaign As the title says, im using a system made by amellwind, with new weapons, monsters, and crafting system based on the monster hunter games This is however still based on dnd 5e, 2014 This campaign is planned to be exploration heavy, with player choices and backstories filling out the world as we go. This game is roleplay centered, though monster fights will be prevelant. Details: This game will run either mondays or fridays (potentially both depending on the group), starting 12pm mst time.
