Hello my nuclear wasteland ponies! My name is Amethyst, and I've been craving a campaign taking place in the world of the Equestrian Wasteland from the fanfic, Fallout: Equestria. I'll admit, I'm not a game master and would fit being a player more so I hope there's somebody out there who would want to run a campaign using the Wasteland Ventures PnP system. I have all the books in PDF's if anybody needs or wants to read them, so you don't need to worry about not having access to the system: I'll gladly provide! I can do the same for character sheets too, so don't worry about that. Now, since this is taking place in a crossover between My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic and the Fallout Universe, it isn't exactly a sunshine and rainbows world like MLP normally would be. It has the same tone and setting of the Fallout Universe, just with ponies and other magical creatures. I wouldn't want it to be too overly grim and dark all the time, only in situations that would call for it. Limits should be discussed among each other so we know, obviously. And if anything NSFW or like, really extremely grim or uncomfortable was about to happen, I'd prefer it be a cut to black scene or switching over to another scene before it happens cuz, no thank you personally. He reveals a prophecy: "When the Scions of five fallen forks unite, they shall find the Golden Ladle and stir the world back to flavor." Custom world Setting: The Soup of Creation The world is not an ocean but a literal infinite Giant Bowl of Cosmic Ramen. The Broth: The "sea" is a lukewarm, savory liquid filled with floating oversized vegetables (islands) and massive noodles (trade routes). Magic here is called “spice” or “flavor.” and casters are called chefs and highly regarded as one of the keystones of the soup. Hello, everyone! Myself and my DM are looking for 2 players to join our homebrew campaign, based in the setting of the campaign we've just finished, which I was DMing. To sum up the setting, it is a fantasy world in which humans from earth occasionally reincarnate, forming a pact with a spirit animal (Astral Moth, Lunar Monkey etc) and granting them unique powers. The last campaign ended after the party discovered that the pantheon of gods were actually aliens who usurped the primordial gods that granted them safety from the entity which destroyed their home planet. As a result, the church was dismantled and the hostile "gods" were defeated, and the peaceful ones were allowed to remain in this settings version of the Fey Wild. This sequel campaign will take place several hundred years after the events of the first campaign, so don't worry too much that you didn't personally experience what happened before. As mentioned, I created the setting and DMed the last campaign, so I can fill in any gaps for you. We are a roleplay-focused group that values creative storytelling, compelling character arcs, and some goofs here and there where appropriate - we're fans of Not Another D&D Podcast and Dimension 20. so those kind of vibes. Hello!  Me and my friends are currently in search of a DM. We’ve all been playing for a minimum of ~1-3 years so we are all pretty knowledgeable about the rules and how our character sheets work. I would like to preface this by saying that majority (3/4 of us) are minors/ recently turned 18 and would prefer a dm that is not that much older than us. In terms of availability, the only day that we have in common for being off is Saturdays and timeslot that we all have is 7:00-10:00 EST. But as long as it is later in the day on Saturday, we are a bit more flexible so we could speak more about the time. We also prefer to play weekly. For the actual campaign and system we are all okay with DnD both 2014 and 2024 and a few of us are opened to a pathfinder campaign instead! We are all huge story people who like to create a lot of art, boards, and other small things to help immerse our characters into the world, and to us, a character’s backstory and lore is just as important as the character sheet. A 60/40 storytelling/roleplay to combat is the perfect mix for us. We are okay with joining preexisting groups or even campaigns, but we prefer to join af group that has ~5 people. Huge boundaries that we have is that in terms of the actual DM/group, communication is a must. We would rather this not be a transaction only group, we would rather also be friends with our DM and fellow players. Open communication is a must, while it isn’t necessary, matching our energy is preferable. DnD shouldn’t feel like a chore to attend to every week, but rather a fun event that we can all use to wind down. All of us are queer (and two of us are poc) in some manner, so also having a group that is open-minded about that is a non-negotiable. For the actual game, sexual content is not something we are comfortable with. And if fantasy racism is a thing, we prefer if it was toned down and not a constant thing. A less rigid dm style would be appreciated as well. In terms of actual gameplay, our primary source of communication would be through discord. Starting Sunday February 1st, we’ll be playing from 5pm until 9pm, Eastern Timezone, biweekly. That first session is going to be a “Session Zero” during which we’ll make characters, talk over the rules, and discuss the setting. We will be using the OSE advanced rules (not race as class, no THAC0), and including most of the Carcass Crawler zine stuff as well. For thousands of years, Dracos could be considered an astounding success of an experiment. Draconic rule worked, and the people of Dracos mostly thrived. Conflicts were few and far between, and often resolved via diplomacy over combat. The land was mostly a pangea, its variety of biomes based on the dragons that lived in them. The world was ruled by a council of 5 primarchs who were voted in when it was decided their lands stable enough to no longer need their direct oversight. Word came to the hells and Tiamat became aware. She divised a plan that rerouted eldritch beings through the netherweave and used them to force open a portal between the hells and Dracos. The portal was unstable and unruly, breaking the super continent and wiping out almost all life. People far from the epicenter of the eruption of chromatic dragons has opportunities to escape to other planes of existence. Some ended up on other planets in the material plane, many escaped to the feywilds where they lived as refugees for hundreds of years. During this time, dragons waged war. There was an awareness that while to world was wholly unstable, the dragons very magical essence could bring stability, but only if they were allowed to roost. Dwarves came back first, settling the first new city on the northern continent that would be called Hordraxus. As elves, humans, gnomes, and halflings also began coming back, the dwarves sought to subjugate the other people's. The dwarves had had centuries to build cities, and a population, and soldiers. The war was highly one-sided, with racial divisions making alliances between non-dwarves difficult. Meanwhile, near the center of the island, a brass dragon called Hordraxus was helping refugees build a sanctuary city that would be called Bastion. When elves began coming from the north, wounded and seeking help, it clued in Hordraxus that things were not right. Having been a child of draconic wars and a truly gregarious beast, he joined the alliance of non-dwarves and single handedly pushed back the dwarven armies. An armistice was signed that gave dwarves limited control over lands in the east, elves lands in the northeast, and made Bastion a place where any and all are welcome. 5 years prior to this campaign, a group of unassuming heroes found themselves unwittingly aid in an elder brain dragon's release from captivity from a magical vault in the ocean's depths. Hordraxus and the black dragon Veladexrus joined the heroes in defeating the elder brain dragon before it couls reign terror on the world. Hordraxus sadly lost his life. In the aftermath, the nuclear deterrent preventing war has been removed. While the dwarves have not made obvious incursions, free towns in the east have seen increasing presence and/or control from the dwarven military. The elvish city of Sil'Velanas prepares for war as factions across the island of Hordraxus begin vying for power. Which brings us to you, the players. The city of bastion's resources are tapped and private interests have begun an adventurer's guild for the first time. The campaign begins as the guild opens, and a new crop of potential heroes ventures to seek a new life, help for their own homes, redemption, or something else entirely.

It's focused on young superheroes trying to find their way in both the world of superpowers, and teenager life. About the campaign So my game will be centered around the P.A.T.H. Initiative (Probationary Adolescent Training for Heroes). You will be playing as children/former sidekicks of (super)villains. A year ago, an alien entity called Dominus came to earth and abducted a chunk of the superpowered heroes and villains. Since then, normal crime has been hard to handle. I enjoy playing powerful characters who have a positive impact on the world around them, and find that most fantasy (and some sci-fi) settings leave me unable to suspend my disbelief. I'm particularly interested in trying out Eclipse Phase, but I'm open to any setting/system of a similar or lower tech level where I can work to improve in-game societal conditions as a face/skill monkey. Hey folks, my name is Greg, I'm 20, and I'm a forever GM who has taken somewhat of a hiatus over the last year and looking to come back to things with a fun adventure with a cool group of people I'm looking for 4 players for a short campaign (aiming for 6–8 sessions) set in the Stormlands, a frontier territory on the edge of civilization in my homebrew world of Erechal. The pitch: You're in Crossroads, a small outpost of the Third Eltur Covenant that lays at the conjunction of four ancient imperial roads, clinging to existence in a land scoured by arcane megastorms. The town is undermanned, the surrounding camps are lawless, and something's gone terribly wrong. We'd be using D&D 5e 2024 rules, playing on FoundryVTT with Discord video chat. Sessions will run 7–10pm GMT on a day that suits everyone. Starting level will be 3 to give us some leeway in terms of character building and threats whilst still being low-level. My world and the campaign's tone will be pulpy and adventurous, more dark and cynical than heroic but by no means grimdark, and you're still here to have a good time and do cool stuff. We love what's created, whether it's from us - the characters and little bits of lore written in or the NPCs, the towns and myths of what you as a DM or player write, too. We love roleplay, we love to interact as those silly characters we pour our heart and soul into between each other and the world. Doesn't matter if it's silly campfire talk or bartering with a shopkeep, if the opportunity arises, we will. We keep times, we keep engagement, we keep interest and passion for this activity all of us agree to. We write little bits of story pieces depending on our characters' experiences in a session, we create art, we make intricate playlists and pinterest boards that remind us of them. In other words, if you decide to play with us, you will get someone who loves what they're doing and what you, as potential DMs, allow us to even participate in. It's something we see like a sport. Looking for 4-5 players for a weekly campaign that will take the player characters back and fourth through history in a race against a new Elder god and it's plan to enslave or annihilate all of creation. The characters the players will play will all be out of time so can be from any era or place the players wish. I've been playing/running since it's release 6 years ago. The other players are completely new to the game so beginners are very welcome. We haven't decided on a time but it looks like Mon or Thursday afternoons.

I have a group of friends, and we are all new to playing D&D and don't have anyone to DM for us, nor the experience to do it ourselves. Looking for someone to just let us learn and play and not hold our hand, but answer a question if we need it.

Hello! I am an aspiring DM and Twitch streamer looking to craft together a casual game that I'd like to stream on my channel, but I need people to play the game! Not much of a D&D game without people to play it, now, is it?  I'm looking for somewhere around 3-6 players with at least cursory knowledge of D&D 5e. All communication for the actual stream will be done over Discord, and the game itself, I would like to run the game between 12pm to 5pm my time (GMT-5/EST) during the week, but this is flexible! The day is to be decided once I get some players and we work out schedules and such, though I feel Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday would be nice. The game itself will be running with D&D 5e 2014 original as the general base for gameplay, with quite a lot of homebrew (as I'm sure you can imagine) Players will be allowed to play just about anything Sonic related within the game, including but not limited to: Mobians of all sorts of species, Babylonians, Aracnids, Atlanteans (aquatic animals), and even robots, whether they be reprogrammed or "freed" Badniks, or purpose built by another scientist or engineer! The world is roughly based on the later games and The IDW comics. For games, I'd say roughly from around Riders onwards, but prior knowledge of the series is not required, just useful! I find part of the fun of D&D is discovering the world and its history, so I am happy to help teach you all you'll need to know outside of stream, or during the game through (what I hope will be) good worldbuilding and storytelling!

Heyy there, Inevitably our long term dnd party has finally come to an end 😔, we havent been able to figure out games and schedules for a while but the 3 of us (ages 24-28) have been playing dnd for around 5 years now, and would love to join a cool campaign thats rp heavy! were open to different timings since were all in different time zones, but saturday around 6pm gmt works best for us.
