Basically I'm looking for a new amatuer Glass Cannon / Critical Role style online experience since my previous group disbanded. Like a long campaign where people are on cam and put a bit of effort into it all. I am however also interested in more casual and voice only games if the fit and the vibe is really solid, as well as local games in the greater Copenhagen area. Some of my favorite settings are Vampire the Masquerade, Planescape, Eclipse Phase and Cyberpunk, while for systems I quite admire Wild Words and Forged in the Dark because of their reactive and collaborative nature. As a contrast, my least favorite games would be large groups that's all about combat, optimising, winning and doing progression in a strict system. So, about me, been playing for 11-12 years, started out GMing and probably on the whole find that the more rewarding part of the hobby, but I enjoy playing as well. Played quite a range of systems by this point; did my mandatory few years of D&D and Pathfinder, actually started with Dark Heresy. But I've run Shadowrun briefly, Mutants and Masterminds, dipped my toes in World of Darkness. I think a benefit of my time behind the screen is that I'm relatively flexible in what I enjoy. I can go for deep and character driven games, but I also appreciate the fun of a good dungeoncrawl or epic combat. I'm absolutely a sucker for intrigue, but I'm not above playing characters dumb as a brick. I'm perhaps overly comfortable playing morally grey grand bastards, but when I think of my favourite recent characters, the Lawful Good Rogue probably ranks as the most compelling. I'll admit, though I'm by no means someone who can only enjoy hyper-simulationist games, I do occasionally tend to press up against overly artificial system restrictions. In Starfinder, my character did over time trend towards 'why don't we vent the airlock before we go in... soften them up.', and in general, I see a balanced encounter and will often think 'how can rig the deck a bit more in my favour'. Also not a big fan of 'Narrative' games, like Powered by the Apocalypse. For whatever reason, they are the one genre I've never quite meshed with. But yeah, I am generally open to try different systems, and flexible about my exact role in whatever party I join.

I've been a longtime vicarious enjoyer of TTRPG's, watching and listening to every actual play podcast and show I could get my hands on. I fell in love with the colaborative storytelling, comraderie, world building, and the way it invigorated my imagination and creativity. I am an avid reader, and lover of literature and poetry. Which I belive is why I am drawn to TTRPG's. I personally belive that storytelling is a foundational way we as humans interpret and explore the deeper truths of the human condition. My 2 favourtie TTRPG's currently are Pathfinder 2e and Shadowdark. I like Pathfinder's deep character creation and crunchy combat, and the lore of Golarion is nearly endless. I like Shadowdark for its unforgiving encounters and exploration focus, it pulls no punches, which makes survival a true achievement. Now I am taking the plunge into actually playing the games I have admired for so long, a both anxious and exciting endeavor. I have a fairly robust understanding of the rules, as I have been reading the Rulebooks for years at this point. I like to think I make compelling and deep characters, with coherent worldviews and motivations, and room to change and grow throughout a campaign. My drawback is that I am not very accustomed to rollplaying yet, acting is something I have never been comfortable doing... its hard to come out of your shell! What I am looking for is a group who would allow me the room to grow that roleplaying skill, who themselves are interested in roleplaying and telling grand stories together, just like the authors of the great literature I adore so dearly. Stories of heroism, triumph, loss, tragedy, revenge, and hope. If you would be willing to have me, I'd love to play!

Hi, french adult player here. Experienced in PF2E : Been playing and dming 1e and 2e for yers now. Started with naheulbeuk and 1e, then did one game of 5e and finally moved to 2e and a bit of Knight. I play my round quickly and, if possible, some flair. [Type of game]: To complement a more rp focused campaign I'm in I'd like to find a game that's more focused on action and aventure. Looking at recent APs I've seen that Hellbreakers and Hell's destiny look cool. Would be interrested going back into Kingmaker after my previous go was cut short. Or even conversions of 1e AP or homebrew stuff ! : On week days I can play from 19:00 to 00:00 and on saturdays I am free all day from 08:00 to 00:00 [Price:]: 15$/session, can negotiate down for struggling DMs. But otherwise that's the cost for me to play at your table I'm a big gish fan, but so far haven't got to play one in 2e to very high level (highest I got with a magus was level 5 or 6 in abomination vault before a tpk). The only high level AP I got done so far was Age of Ashes several years ago with my sorcerer. So I'd be pretty flexible on roles to fill with one, ideally i'll try to make a magus work and with its upcoming rework I think I could make it fill defensive or offensive roles in a party ! Some characters I played before were: -Phaebus: in 1e, a magus smith from Torch in Iron Gods. He was one of the students of the local mage who had gone missing at the start of the AP, on the way to rescue him he found an intelligent sword of strange design that had lost its memories. He made it his goal to restore the lost memories and learn more about that sword in order to forge his own masterpiece. Piers: 2e Age of Ashes, a draconic sorcerer who chose to become a paragon of heroism for the weak after escaping slavery. He wore shiny plate armor and a shield without any other weapon to be a symbol of protection in the name of Milani. After the end of the campaign he kept travelling to free slaves and oppressed alike. Red Swirl: 2e Kingmaker, a kholo magus from a group of bandit/mercenary kholos who joined the party to get rid of the Staglord, and then stayed to help them deal with anything pertaining to magic. Sadly the game stoped early in book 2. W4N-D3RER: 2e Abomination Vault, an automaton cleric of casandalee who puts on a front talking very robotically and flatly, indicating verbally the tone or emotion he is going for. he does so to get people used to interracting with the less emotive sentient machines children of the goddess. He died late into the dungeon and was planned to return as a ghost summoner, with his old automaton body as a contruct eidolon. But sadly, again, the group disbanded and gave up after a tpk. Some more details: -Won't join games that use AI -LGBTQ friendly is required. -Furry friendly is preferred

Hello! I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for about 6 years, primarily 5e and SWRPG FFG. I’m looking to get into systems like Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, Draw Steel, Mutants & Masterminds, and Daggerheart. Lean towards fantasy, sci-fi, sci-fantasy, and superhero games, but I’m open to trying other settings. I tend to enjoy balanced games where combat is present, but roleplay, story, and character choices are just as prevelant. Character-driven campaigns, heroic adventuring, mysteries, investigations, political intrigue, and even kingdom-building all sound interesting to me. Character-wise, I tend to gravitate toward sword-and-sorcery types, shapeshifters, summoners, and pet/companion classes that are sarcastic, conflicted, or strong and stoic. I’m available weekends, any time, US Central timezone. I’m hoping to find a group that enjoys collaborative storytelling, is LGBT-friendly, and takes the game seriously enough for the story to mean something to everyone without losing the ability to joke and have fun. Speaking of, I'm not into joke campaigns, adversarial GM-vs-player games, or games with heavy sexual content/themes. To get the essentials out of the way; My most experiance is in DnD 5e by far with a few campaigns and plenty of characters beneath my belt. I have dabbled a little in Cybperunk Red & Vampire the Masqurade, though not a full game as of yet. I am a detailed and literate roleplayer with eight years experiance with an average post length of one to two paragraphs that can easily adjust according to scene and pacing. I'm hoping to find someone experianced in GURPS to show me the rulset and teach me about that TTRPG. Well, I am a forever gamemaster and rarely play. If I decide to play I focus more on the roleplay side but I also do like combat. Throwing dice is fun. Indepth discussions between characters, debates about what to do in different situations. Being challenged on morality of what is happening. Highs of wins fought through hard work and the sting of defeats felt through the whole group, ending in commiseration at the tavern as our characters mourn the loss of a favored NPC. Roleplay is what I love most about TTRPG's. I've been playing them since I was 12 years old (I am now 41), and while at the time it was because of all the cool monsters and stuff, even then I was captured by the different stories you could tell. I would love to share in the telling of the stories with you and your group. I've got extensive experience in a number of different systems from D&D in various incarnations to World of Darkness and Chronicles of Darkness to Masks, Stars Without Number and Fantasy Flight Star Wars. I'm always up for learning a new system! I've also GMed my fair share of games in the past, but am just looking to play right now due to my health right now (I am disabled) That isn't to say I -don't- like the tactical and exploration aspects of the game. When it comes to combat I tend to be more of a tactition sort of player, analyzing the playfield and trying to figure out the enemy. Though that hasn't ever stopped me from making the -stupid- decisions because they were in character. Story and plot over mechanical wins for me every time. Failure is always an option. It never is an end point, because it just gives new opportunities for story, even if it stings and hurts in the moment. We find the motivation in that. Current Availability: Tuesday and Thursday evenings weekly. Monday evenings and Saturday days every other week.

10 years of TTRPG experience, 5 of those in PF2e. I've mainly been a GM in PF2e and have had two campaigns reach Level 20, but not much experience on the other side of the screen. My preferences between combat and RP are close to 50/50 with a slight lean towards combat, and I typically play martials. 18+ only (potentially 25+ only because I'm in my 30s now, but it's not a hard rule for me atm). Also no AI whatsoever, players or GM.

I am interested in playing with a group that challenges my role playing skills. Mystery and puzzles always the better. I am good with straight rules, or home rules, or even custom therian races or whatever, as long as they are consistent make sense for the game. Crazy fox guy who can't stay still, sure, as long as that plays out through the story. Depending on the game, I could play power hungry, but not in abuse of game rules, in the literal sense. A wizard looking for immortality, a sorcerer looking to become an actual dragon, a fighter looking to master the blade. I am very open however to playing a character to help a DM push a plotline. For example, a Warforged left without a memory, to be filled in later. A Warlock who just wants to find out what happened to his brother, who got wrapped up in some story the DM decides.

I am familiar with tabletop games, as I've been playing different systems for about 2-3 years and GM'd a couple of times. As for how I like to play, I'm more of a team player, focusing often on supporting everyone else. I love the roleplay aspects of the game, as I've experienced RP being very fun before and absolute the most memorable part of the experience. Hey, I'm Justin. Big fan of RP heavy tables and players that want to be there. Still love me some combat though! Playing off and on since 2018, last adventure was 2+ years & I was DM-ing for the last 18 months as well. Only looking for an in-person game (willing to host!) in the East Bay ideally. Open to weeknights after 6pm & anytime Saturdays for weekly games. I can also do Sundays between 10a-4:30p but only once or twice a month. I'm no DnD expert but I am fairly well versed on almost all of the basic class specific 5e skills and abilities. I'm versatile as a player, happy to "fill in the gaps" if that's what a table needs class-wise. I've mostly played melee characters, but I love my halfling warlock to pieces (Ciaran McOnderfut, fyi). Also willing to play 5.5, just not as familiar with it (read a little, played none). I am 100% the kinda guy with a whole Google folder full of pre-gen characters with back stories, and I'll gladly leave them on the shelf if the setting doesn't fit. I might go roll up a new one now just cuz I'm thinking about it, lol. Read a ton of fantasy & sci-fi back when, sword of truth, dragonlance, bio of a space tyrant. LOVED the Broken Earth trilogy. Late to the party, but watching CR C4 now.

Greetings! I'm CoffeeandCantrips, and I'd be delighted to be your fellow player-character or DM! I'm a 35 year old Englishman lost in Scotland, a graduate and professional aspiring amateur-to-professional games-master on the side. Seems like the perfect side-hustle, making magic happen. I've always wanted to give it a try, and thus the second launch this project now. I've been aware of RPG's since my early teens, being vaguely introduced to it by almost every western animated cartoon referencing it in at least one episode. I took the plunge at university, and I've been hooked and rolling dice ever since. I've been in-and-out playing table-top RPG's for just under 20 years now, including DM'ing, serious player rolelay, LARP'ing, you name it. I have *some* Roll20 experience, I would estimate about just under 100 or so hours on a previous account before the new account and rebranding! I've tried to dabble where I can, but primarily my experience is with D&D 3.5, 4th edition, 5th, 5.5e, Pathfinder 1st edition, as well as a handful of other systems briefly. Tabletop RPG's to me, is the top-tier of entertainment and best way to spend some time sitting around with old and new friends, sipping nice drinks, eating snacks, and sharing awesome stories -- that's a good life. Old-school person-to-person socializing, chatting, communities -- that's what it's about. It makes for a quality team-building and problem-solving experience. I've played and also run - forum play-by-post, live-chat typing sessions, in-person tabletop dice-rolling, voice and video sessions and tourist-themed games. As far as theme and styling and tone - I usually enjoy lighter games, with darker discoveries and undertones, I'm mostly influenced by the Fable and Baldur's Gate series. Because of my full-time work and so I can affort to spend time elsewhere with other loved-ones, I can only ever confirm for one-shot, one-time events. My lifestyle doesn't support ongoing campaigns, though I am very supportive and envious of those who do get to enjoy long-form! As a player, I don't mind what system we play, who we're with or what character I play, I can usually come up with something. I usually like to fill and round out a party composition. The joy of the play is the most important thing, and it's important to keep practicing, stretching and improving! As a DM, I mostly very much enjoy introducing the game to newer players. There are a lot of very experienced gamers out there with the opportunity and community in order to play, but I tend to find that there are many many people out there who would love to try D&D because of their favorite shows (Stranger Things and Critical Role, especially), but don't know who to turn to or where to start: Sometimes, it's just nice to be given a good start and a good introduction into the hobby, and to be guided through the sometimes intimidating Player's Handbook! We are a small gaming group that have played together coming up on its second decade. Over those years some of the players move their families further away. Yet, the group main players stayed together. We have now openings so you as well can join our group. We play here in Fond du lac, Wisconsin. We play at my place each weekend. We play primarily the same games D&D or Pathfinder. We do have other games we do play as well. Always looking for that next feel of wonderment. With playing at my residence you must know a few things. 1. I have my year old cat (come this end of sept) 2. Parking is on street. 3. We bring our own drinks. 4. Hello! I'm Mia, player/GM with about 5-years experience though a variety of different games and systems. I play frequently with friend groups online, and I'm looking to expand into a wider community and find new stories to play in! Building worlds with my table is always my biggest joy - I love to work with other players to find character development and interesting ways to interact and encourage each other. My characters are usually influenced by other media (Final Fantasy, robot fiction, gaming hyperfixations) - playing with my toys and dissecting what makes them tick and rebuilding them as something new. As a GM, I tend to lean to pre-established settings and lore books for inspiration, though I have also put plenty of work into creating my own campaign settings. I typically play with mid-high fantasy, sci-fi, or even historical settings on occassion.

Hey! I've been playing TTRPGs since 2018 with some DMing experience. Over the years, I tried many different systems, like Warhammer Fantasy RPG, Shadow of the Demon Lord, Pathfinder 1e, Dragonbane, Mutant: Year Zero, and some others. But, DnD 5e has been my "comfort" system and I do currently prefer playing it. I'm a player focused on roleplay and character development first and foremost. Character creation in itself is one of my favorite parts of the game, and seeing the backstory I came up with coming back to bite me throughout the game is very fulfilling. But I also enjoy some combat (if I have a sword/spell, why not use it from time to time, right?).

Hello. I got into DnD when 3.5 was the current edition, then dropped out and returned for 5th edition recently. I also played some Pathfinder 2E and Call of Cthulhu, and I dabble in other systems I haven't quite been able to play yet (like Vampire: the Masquerade and its sibling systems, or various Powered by the Apocalypse ones). I am looking for an occasional one-shot or short adventure (2-6 sessions tops), to augment my gaming time and test out character concepts I haven't gotten to play in my long-term campaign. I tend to create characters and put them in the drawer until it's time to pull one out, so chances are, for any group or adventure out there, I might have a character or five that would fit, although I am likely to make a new one custom-fit to what a group needs because the act of creating characters is so much fun in its own right. I like variety in my game sessions, some battles, some roleplay, some skill checks (exploration, socializing, puzzles, etc.), some funny times and some serious times. I tend to build and play tank and support characters (there's always a demand for those, it seems), though I can play a straightforward striker too, if it's the right fit for a party. I personally lean towards Good and Lawful, so most of my characters will reflect that, though I can make Evil, Chaotic or even Chaotic Evil characters if they're an especially good fit for an adventure or a given party (aside from murder hoboing, I never saw the point in that and I'm afraid I would not have fun in such a party). For some of my inspiration, it's gotta be the Witcher (both the books by Andrew Sapkowski and the games based on those), the Dark Souls franchise, Baldur's Gate 3 (obvious, I know, but it would be a glaring hole to not mention it) but also old school Final Fantasy games (VI is my favourite, with Terra and Locke and their friends) as well as League of Legends (I played for a few years and then quit when life got too busy, but I've kept fond memories of it all the same). My availability is currently uncertain, hence why I would prefer one-shots or shorter adventures. I could eventually commit to something longer, but I'd rather try out and negotiate something short, then once I prove myself to the others and find a group I feel really welcome in, I can consider committing to a larger campaign. I've always loved character-building, fantasy worlds, and any type of world-building, so I've been wanting to get into DnD, but never been able to find a group. My partner and myself are looking to get involved in a long-term weekly campaign in Pathfinder 2E (Online via Foundry)! Though we are primarily looking for a GM, we are happy to join a new or existing group with other players. We're looking for something Saturday or Sunday so we can regularly attend. (Weekdays might be possible depending on time, but with working full time, it's a tight window.) Some tidbits about us: * We're *enthusiastic* players. We will ask questions in discord. We will write RP stories and interactions in-between sessions. We will make memes and jokes about our adventures, we will draw or commission art of our characters. I know that can be a bit much for people who just want a board game night, but if that sounds like a "hell yeah" to you, then we might be a good fit! * We are both in our 40s, so preferably looking for a older, 21+ table to gel best with. * We have a mix of experience (played various RPGs for over 15 years!), but have all had experience with PF2E, 5E, and Starfinder. We just really prefer PF2E this time around. * We most enjoy long-term character development and cooperative storytelling, as well as classic RPG adventure and monster-slaying. I'm a 40 year old man, and I really enjoy roleplaying and investing in characters. As far as character class and the like goes, I'm flexible. I'm just as happy playing a frontliner, ranged, spellcaster, support, team pet, as long as the character's fun. Otherwise, combat, exploring, dungeon delving, politicking, I enjoy such things being part of games. One thing I do prefer as far as characters go is I tend to gravitate towards less human-looking races. As far as experience goes, I've got about ten years worth of RPing, starting with D&D 5E (2014) and several other systems I've tried over the years on both sides of the DM screen. Looking to spend more time on the player side of things. I'm available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Evenings preferable, but afternoon starts that allow for breaks to eat would be necessary. EST. Preferably ending at 11 PM at the latest.

Trying to find a consistent group to get to know that can play on weekends. Prefer DND 5E 2024, but I'm willing to play 2014 version, Daggerheart, PF2E, or similar feeling games, though I'd need time to learn PF2E or anything I didn't list specifically. Prefer a more RP focused lower PC death risk game that can be expected to continue running for many sessions with mostly consistent players. While I'm flexible with campaign setting I would like a seeing and/or tone that isn't too silly. I have a vehicle and am willing to drive and likely occasionally host if the group is looking to spread the burden of hosting out. Based out of Glen Burnie, MD Inn the United States and unlikely to move to a different location anytime in the near future. I'm LGBTQ friendly Male, accepting of any religion, as long as it's not being used to justify hate, with no intentions to use this group as a way to meet anyone for anything more than friends and coplayers. So, I believe I can fit into any table, other than obviously women's only groups. I've played TTRPG since i was like 10 on and off. DMed frequently, but no longer have the time to DM full campaigns.
