Hello! I’ve been playing tabletop RPGs for about 6 years, primarily 5e and SWRPG FFG. I’m looking to get into systems like Pathfinder 2e, Starfinder 2e, Draw Steel, Mutants & Masterminds, and Daggerheart. Lean towards fantasy, sci-fi, sci-fantasy, and superhero games, but I’m open to trying other settings. I tend to enjoy balanced games where combat is present, but roleplay, story, and character choices are just as prevelant. Character-driven campaigns, heroic adventuring, mysteries, investigations, political intrigue, and even kingdom-building all sound interesting to me. Character-wise, I tend to gravitate toward sword-and-sorcery types, shapeshifters, summoners, and pet/companion classes that are sarcastic, conflicted, or strong and stoic. I’m available Saturdays, any time, US Central timezone. I’m hoping to find a group that enjoys collaborative storytelling, is LGBT-friendly, and takes the game seriously enough for the story to mean something to everyone without losing the ability to joke and have fun. Speaking of, I'm not into joke campaigns, adversarial GM-vs-player games, or games with heavy sexual content/themes. Some of my favorite inspirations include Star Wars, Eragon, The Lord of the Rings, and The Expanse.

Hi, I'm Nat an Enby in the US looking for a PF2e or maybe Daggerheart game. I'm 29 I have 4-5 years of DnD experience between 3.5 and 5e, but I've been making the swap to PF2e with about 6 months of sessions. Hey there, I'm new to TTRGP's and have just started a campaign but am enjoying it so much that I'm looking for a second one. I got into D&D through Baldurs Gate 3 and then started listening to D&D podcasts so that's all the experience and knowledge I have and I have no previous experience with Pathfinder (but open to learn/try). I am also absolutely inexperienced in acting/roleplaying but I'll try to do my best. In terms of gameplay I'm open to try any class/build and I'd create/adjust my character to the stories setting. When it comes to availability. Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays form 5-6pm until at most 11pm. Saturdays are very flexible and open ended but preferably evenings Sundays is similar to weekdays. Generally flexible but at most until 11pm. My timezone is CET/CEST/UTC+2. Online only. If age matter, I am 26 years old. If there are any questions I am open to anwsering them. Yo wassup MFs, I am Ymmi (I will tell you my actual name eventually just not gonna give that out here publicly.) I was directed to this site to find a game, and I don't expect much out of it, but if I sound like a vibe then I would happily take any invitiation. I am a creative individual who prefers the roleplay aspect of TTRPGs more than the combat, I don't mind combat but when one round takes upwards of 30 minutes because people don't prepare their turns in advance I hate it. I am not the most interesting individual and I am not great at the things I do, but what I do do (haha doodoo) is try as hard as my mind and body will let me (I am a lazy procrastinator with little drive and motivation, but if i do have motivation i go hard) For TTRPGs, I dont mind which is played, D&D5e or PF2e are just the ones I have played, but I am fully able to learn a new one. I have been both a player and DM, but the groups always die out or have drama, I just wanna play the game man..... Other than TTRPGs, I like videogames, watching youtube, I love animals (I did animal care in college) I dont get out much because there is nothing to do where I live and I dont have any close IRL friends, but I would like to start becoming more active. Theres probably lots more things I can write, but it would be better to just get in contact and get to know each other better through text or voice.

Trying to find a consistent group to get to know that can play on weekends. I've been playing D&D 5e since 2016. I started as a player for 2 weeks, and then became a DM on a whim, forever DM until today. Pathfinder 2E, and Tormenta 20. Both systems are hard to grasp even after sessions of experience, so I prefer not to go with those. Daggerheart is another I got into recently, I'm down to DM for it as well. It looks fun.

Hi there! I'm a mature player looking for a game with people who love the comraderie of roleplay. I enjoy a game that is heavy RP balanced with combat, problem solving, political intrigue, travel, survival or whatever aspects the GM wants to put our merry band up against. I'm in your world now. Play Style: I'm serious about having fun. I'm low maintenance and I fit well into most groups that aren't all about fart jokes.. I'm a stickler about showing up on time to every session. I put a good effort into making my characters fun for the other players as well as the GM. I'm not much of a min/maxer. I don't know the powerful builds as I tend to add to my characters in a manner consistent with their back story. I write modest back stories and try to include multiple hooks that the GM might choose to use somewhere along the road. I prefer to see a good story or interesting outcome rather than fuss over rules. I tend to get in character and stay in character for an entire session. I'm not adverse to long sessions, provided we have appropriate intermissions. Experience: I haven't played for two or three years, so I'll need a bit of help getting back up to speed. I know nothing about 5e 2024 rule changes. I'm generally a quick study and willing to learn anything new. I'd prefer a DnD 5e 2014 game, but would be willing to learn 2024 and I do have some experience with PF2e. I'd also be interested in playing Starfinder 2e as a completely new player. I have GMed homebrews in 5e on several occasions, but my first choice is to participate as a member of the party. I prefer Foundry VTT, but I have participated in past games using Roll20 and DndBeyond. I have fairly in depth knowlege of the inner workings of FVTTv12/13. Prefered Times: I'm in Ontario Canada (UTC-4) and would prefer games that were afternoons or evenings local time. North American games or evening UK/EU games can fit my schedule nicely. My schedule is fairly open, so I'm easy to accommodate. My ideal schedule would be a weekly game of at least 3-4 hours. My Setup: I have a nice quiet office and professional studio quality audio chain. I don't have a web cam. Pet Peeve: Listening to people talk about something that happened in some other game. Greetings everyone! I'm a somewhat experienced player looking to join a new game, as I'm getting that itch to play in more games than I currently have! Below is some relevant information about me. Availability: I currently DM a game on Fridays and I'm a player in a campaign on Saturdays nights (starting at 23 UTC, so I can still play on Saturdays so long as the session ends before then), and due to a flexible work schedule, I can make almost any other (reasonable) day/time work for at least the next year. I would prefer a weekly game, but every other week also works. System preference: I don't really mind too much what's being used. I have experience with PF2e and D&D 2014, and a bit with SWADE - I'm currently DMing a campaign using it, 8 sessions in. If we're playing D&D, I'd like to take a look at the 2024 version, as I like most of the changes. About me: I'm a 24 year old guy who's been playing fairly consistently for 5-6 years now. I'm from Brazil so I do have a noticeable accent, but I'm fluent, I promise! Both of the campaigns I'm currently in are fully in English. I despise AI-generated content. I'm sorry, but it's just downright bad and often distracting enough to take me out of the game. If you use AI images often, I'd rather not be in the game. Also I'm gay, if that matters to anyone. What kind of game I'd like: I'm fond of roleplay and PC characterization. Having interactions while maintaining character, be they short remarks or deep conversations, is what I play TTRPGs for! That all being said, I still love combat and exploration with the odd puzzle here and there, and would love a healthy mix of these elements. Sandbox-style campaigns where we are free to explore the character's backgrounds and personal goals while having an overarching objective or even just intriguing side quests would be my favorite type of game. I prefer medieval/steampunk fantasy games most of the time, but I'm not at all opposed to a high-tech/sci-fi campaign! It could be fun. What kinds of characters I usually make: Personality-wise, it varies on the campaign's premise, the game's tone, and my mood at the time. I'm totally down to make anything from an irredeemable villain to a young naive hero. Combat-wise, it depends on the system, but I have a weakspot for "gishes" who blend martial and caster elements. I am guilty of making many "monstrous" characters (my username here is ironic) be they warforged, gargoyles, undead, or just beastmen of any kind. I won't pick something that would be inconvenient/impossible/unfun in your particular setting, though! I want my character to still fit in the world. But if it is a lower fantasy game where player options are more restricted, I'd probably prefer not to join. Not that a character needs an exotic race to be interesting, but I just find the design and appeal of less standard options far more fun to build around, personally! 35 NB dnd player for discord group Hi there! My current group seems to be falling apart and I'd like to have a different group I can count on to play. Obviously sometimes things come up or people get sick, but I would like a group that cares as much and tries as much as I do to keep playing together. I love making stories together with friends and having silly fun with our ridiculous characters. I have currently mostly only been a player, but I had been working on a campaign for myself to DM, with said group. Did session 0s and things, world built etc, but that might have to change due to things that happened in our group. I also recently had an idea for a space jammer campaign. I've dabbled in different classes and general types of characters, some of which I have used inspiration from character from shows and video games I enjoy for reference. My first DND character and the one I've played the most is Phoenix, a fire genasi, way of the dragon monk with an aberrant dragon mark. (Her vibe was a bit of Bakugo and Mirko from My Hero Academia, and also the jaded outlook on life of Astarion with the protectiveness of Karlach from BG3). There were others in between but my current one is Xiào Lián who is a modified/customized/homebrewed Oath of the ancients paladin. The customization was very plot relevant and basically, he is an eladrin elf and I wanted him to have seasonally specific spells and stuff and there is other lore reasons why he can't control his seasons and stuff. I wanted to play a martial class that had more elemental stuff going on and Oath of the Ancients was the closest so I went from there. His sources of inspiration, and quick reference for character vibes are Xin Zhao from League of Legends, Hua Cheng and Xiè Lián from Heaven Official's blessing. He is very honorable, protective, compassionate and a family man. Haha (Also if anyone is curious about that build, I planned it out on Excel from level 4 to level 20) I am also familiar with Pathfinder and MAGE if any people here like those game modes as well. All this to say, I am open to DM-ing for those patient enough to want to play with a noob DM (we can as a group discuss what kind of game we want) and of course open to being a player in a campaign. I can maneuver my work schedule to accommodate others' availability. I'm hoping to find a group who wants to commit to a weekly game. If something comes up that has to happen that day, I'd like everyone in the group to care enough to want to try to plan a different time that week to play (but if there isn't a time that week, thats fine). This is sounding pretty depressing but I truly would love to find/make a new group that is passionate about the worlds we can create in dnd and building them with other people to the point we look forward to spending time together playing the game every week and if we hang out outside of the game, we make dnd jokes to each other about our characters and other silly things, or talk about how we are still reeling from the horrifying thing that happened at the last session. I don't often play as a player but when I do, I create a fully living and breathing character that will fit in the group and gameplay that we're about to play. My characters want to go out on adventures, they have rough edges and light backstories so they can either evolve within the game or just be the reason of why I go out to adventure. For me it's about to create memorable experience for everyone and I include all forms of (silly) voices for all tones of play. From goofy to full on serious moments.

Hello everyone! my name is Blair, and I am a player looking for more games to play! my schedule just recently opened up, and i need to roll dice and tell some stories! a bit about me: a bulk of my TTRPG experience comes from playing 2014, but i do have experience playing other systems as well, such as Candela Obscura, Daggerheart, Pathfinder, and I've even played a homebrew version of DND. when it comes to me as a player, i do tend to play spellcasters, it just intrigues me a lot more than the martial classes, and when I do play martial classes, i always give them limited magic. I'm also a pretty respectful tablemate, i try to give my fellow players a chance to get involved. along with that, I do engage in romance, both PC and NPC, just depends on whether or not the table is down with that! oh, speaking of romance, i am Queer and trans! with the world that we exist in, I find that it is better for my table to know that upfront than learn that not only am I not cis but also, I like both boys and girls, it's just a fact of life. with that you must be a Queer and trans friendly table as well as a disabled friendly table since I am disabled as well! now to move onto a gm I would prefer: typically, how I'd parse out a potential good GM for me to play under, is I'd do a one-shot with them and see if we're a good fit, and if we can have good conversation, but considering the nature of a post like this, I am willing to forego that! that being said, you still need to have the following: be America-based and even more specifically be CST-based- since I am based in North America, I just can't do uber late games. it's not good for my mental health, and it causes me to be a terrible person for responding to DMs. RP skills - this doesn't mean that you shouldn't at least try to incorporate combat in your sessions but i need those RP skills sharpened to the max! homebrew vs. Module - I am willing to play a module but i would prefer a homebrew world. it shows that you are more than willing to be flexible with your players' stories and want to share that creativity with the world at large. recording vs basic home game - I am very okay and do consent to a recorded game, considering i have been in a few actual plays! that, however, does not mean that i will turn my nose up at a basic home game, in fact that is one of my favorites!

I've been playing DnD 5e for nearly 5 years, both as a Dm and a PC. I'm fully invested in the characters I create. I work with dms to align for a story they want to tell and encourage other plays to fulfill their character archs. I'm a bit of a compassionate player and will tend to do voices from time to time.
