Building worlds with my table is always my biggest joy - I love to work with other players to find character development and interesting ways to interact and encourage each other. My characters are usually influenced by other media (Final Fantasy, robot fiction, gaming hyperfixations) - playing with my toys and dissecting what makes them tick and rebuilding them as something new. Hey there! I have been playing TTRPGs for over ten years now. I started in college and havent been able to stop since. I love the more roleplay centered games but I can be Big Dawg and throw down when needed. Most of my experience comes from DnD 5E and Monster of the Week. Ive started learning Vampire the Masqurade but my group hasnt made it very far with that. Im familiar with the rolls and character building so I am mostly there. I typically play a rogue, warlock, or wizard. I really enjoy the stealth based play style you get with a rogue or being able to manipulate the universe at my finger tips that you get with warlock and wizard. I am pretty flexible though and can play to what the party needs. In DnD I have played every class published in 5E so I am pretty familiar with most pkay styles and how to balance out hte party.

I am Robin and I come across the lands far and wide to find a new family so I can play a campaign with new triends! To get the background out of the way, I've been playing DnD for about the last 4-5 Years, and for the most part I've loved it. I say for the most part as I've been a forever DM and never on the other side, and since my players have hosted their own campaigns, a lot of them were stories that were very inconsiderate of the player. I'm currently just trying to find space away from this group so I can enjoy DnD to its fullest. I don't happen to have a lot of DnD Icks, but I have two big ones. 1. I don't like it when a plot revolves entirely around deities telling players what to do 24/7, applying a constant sense of pressure thatia god really wants YOU to do this. Also it's just annoying in general when gods are a little too available for mortal contact. I'm fine with clerics receiving a divine message or gods doing some things, but not controlling the plot for the entire campaign. 2. When a campaign is too modern. Now I don't mind tuturistic campaigns, I'm not saying that, but if I can write my backstory asI worked at a 7/11 before coming here" and the DM is enthusiastic with my backstory, it may not be for me. My last thing to leave off is that I'd Prefer my campaigns 17+, as I don't like people who are less emotionally mature, but if the DM has a specific age range in mind, I cannot stop them, nor will it change if I join. I like using DnD Beyond as it's much easier for me, but I may accept roll 20 if that's what's on the table, but if there's any other platform in use, you may have to be open to teaching me. Hey! I've been playing TTRPGs since 2018 with some DMing experience. Over the years, I tried many different systems, like Warhammer Fantasy RPG, Shadow of the Demon Lord, Pathfinder 1e, Dragonbane, Mutant: Year Zero, and some others. But, DnD 5e has been my "comfort" system and I do currently prefer playing it. I'm a player focused on roleplay and character development first and foremost. Character creation in itself is one of my favorite parts of the game, and seeing the backstory I came up with coming back to bite me throughout the game is very fulfilling. But I also enjoy some combat (if I have a sword/spell, why not use it from time to time, right?).

I've been a World of Darkness player since the mid-'90s, though I haven't played as much since college and I'd like to change that. Vampire: the Masquerade is my personal favorite, but I like all the classic WoD lines. I also would like to try some other, lesser-known systems, but I have much less familiarity with their rulesets. I'm a roleplayer first, but I do enjoy some combat as well; I can get into most types of stories, though I'm usually not wild about romance. I like anything that really allows a deep, sustained exploration of the setting and its themes, as well as the backstories of all the characters involved. I'd love to find a weekly game, but as long as the schedule is consistent, I can be flexible.

Hello, nice to meet you! I've been casually on the tertiary of the TTRPG hobby for the better part of 16 years and I'd like to get out there and actually play some more games. The systems listed on my post are all systems I have at least a passing familiarity with but I'm also super open to playing on systems not listed including homebrewed ones and custom systems. Socially as a player, I am not one who chases the spotlight but can be a bit of an instigator especially if the rest of my party is lost for direction. I am not one to really argue with the rullings of a DM or attempt to "get my way" in a disruptive manner; we're playing co-op pretend, it's really not that worth getting worked up over. I'm primarily looking for physical locations to play some TTRPG whether it be local hobby shop or a private residence, bonus points if I can bring my less tech-savvy husband with me since he's really interested in rejoining the hobby too.

Haii, im 18, queer, a furry, and some more stuff (feel free to ask me anything :3 ) I really only use discord but i have notications on dw, and I've been playing d&d for ~2 and a half years Im looking to play a jjk campaign using a specifc homebrew supplement, I'm willing to try an teach how it works ofc but it does take a lot of getting used to. I basically need maps.. my brain jus doesnt function without them, an they can be like smth you found online no need for insane quality or anythin. I dont mind joining an old campaign or being part of a new one I've used owlbear and like it, i still use that today. I've also used roll20 but im not a fan, havent used much else unless you count google sides.... I don't min-max but i always make my character based on what they would be like at max level, so i prefer campaigns that reach that point I also dont mind my character dying (as long as its smth i could have done smth about-), just means i get to try out smth else! :3 I like a mix of roleplay/story and combat, i really like homebrew and all it brings And if you have anything else you wanna know then feel free to ask ^w^

Hello. I got into DnD when 3.5 was the current edition, then dropped out and returned for 5th edition recently. I also played some Pathfinder 2E and Call of Cthulhu, and I dabble in other systems I haven't quite been able to play yet (like Vampire: the Masquerade and its sibling systems, or various Powered by the Apocalypse ones). I am looking for an occasional one-shot or short adventure (2-6 sessions tops), to augment my gaming time and test out character concepts I haven't gotten to play in my long-term campaign. I tend to create characters and put them in the drawer until it's time to pull one out, so chances are, for any group or adventure out there, I might have a character or five that would fit, although I am likely to make a new one custom-fit to what a group needs because the act of creating characters is so much fun in its own right. I like variety in my game sessions, some battles, some roleplay, some skill checks (exploration, socializing, puzzles, etc.), some funny times and some serious times. I tend to build and play tank and support characters (there's always a demand for those, it seems), though I can play a straightforward striker too, if it's the right fit for a party. I personally lean towards Good and Lawful, so most of my characters will reflect that, though I can make Evil, Chaotic or even Chaotic Evil characters if they're an especially good fit for an adventure or a given party (aside from murder hoboing, I never saw the point in that and I'm afraid I would not have fun in such a party). For some of my inspiration, it's gotta be the Witcher (both the books by Andrew Sapkowski and the games based on those), the Dark Souls franchise, Baldur's Gate 3 (obvious, I know, but it would be a glaring hole to not mention it) but also old school Final Fantasy games (VI is my favourite, with Terra and Locke and their friends) as well as League of Legends (I played for a few years and then quit when life got too busy, but I've kept fond memories of it all the same). My availability is currently uncertain, hence why I would prefer one-shots or shorter adventures. I could eventually commit to something longer, but I'd rather try out and negotiate something short, then once I prove myself to the others and find a group I feel really welcome in, I can consider committing to a larger campaign. I'm usually REALLY into the game. I make memes, I draw and I engage. I WILL interact with NPCs, hints, little pieces of lore and whatever DM has to offer. - Sharing spotlight. I understand how important it is for everyone to have their time to shine and I love to hear and see what other PCs have to offer! - Respecting the DM and other players. I understand all the struggles of being a DM firsthand, so I won't put the DM through the same stuff. I do little to no metagame or rule lawyering, except when I have out of character question regarding something (however, I will not do things like ACTUALLY trains dont work that way). I value the time of people involved and always notify if something goes wrong beforehand. I won't give any unnecessary feedback unless asked for (although I'm usually very positive to any stuff) - No-drama person. I just want to live a quiet life and enjoy my games without irl drama (Several of my games died cuz of player's drama). Even IF I will have problems with another player, I tend to separate game and reality. - Direct. I will not dissapear on you or keep quiet if something is wrong-wrong (like I got triggered or offended), I know how to speak words through my mouth, lmao. But it's all out of the game, of course, I don't tend to ruin anyone's fun. - I'm actually roleplaying. I LOVE theathricals and to be in-character during the game. I also understand that any in-game stuff doesn't affect our out-of-the-game relationships or views. Also, I have very miniscule amount of themes I find offensive (in-game) or triggering. After all I like WoD and it often tends to touch sensitive stuff. - Well, I can DM in the future, since I love doing it! But for now I need a little break. As a side note it's completely okay if u wanna interview me before the game to see if we vibe with each other. What I'm looking for? - Free to play game. Honestly, I don't find this type of games genuine enough, but I will gladly donate to DM if I have some spare money as a thank-you :) - Narratively-driven game. Although I know that sometimes battle mechanics and other stuff is neccessary, I like to be able to connect with other characters, NPC, play my character and have some drama of course. - Openminded DM. I would prefer to have a DM who is not super to-the-book type. Sometimes, scene needs cinematography for the sake of cinematography and it's often tend to bend some rules. Also, I'm very open to homebrews and other stuff, so it would be cool if DM was too. Although, to be honest my most homebrew stuff was pink tiefling lol. - LGBTQA+/neurodivergent friendly group. Seeming whats out there i have played a few game with my guild in 2014 rule set. Willing to learn the new rules and anything else. I like any class but I love rogue the best. i am a simple man, i just want to meet new poeple and develop characters and stories, i prefer more casual stuff, and while i enjoy combat, i like when it is not the main focus.

I am just a simple forever GM from the US. I have around 10 years worth of GMing experience from a vast variety of system. I have playerd everything from D&D to Fate, Open Legend, Daggerheart, etc. You can say I have been everywhere and done a lot. Though am always looking for that next big game. I mostly play online with the occasional short adventures at home or across states. I can play almost anything and handle many different topics through my games and characters.

I've been playing D&D 5e since around 2018 and have experience as both a player and DM across long-term campaigns, West Marches games, and one-shots. I enjoy character-driven campaigns with a good mixture of roleplay, exploration, and combat, especially when player decisions have meaningful consequences and the world develops in response to them. I generally prefer creating characters that fit the campaign rather than expecting a campaign to accommodate a pre-existing character. I enjoy serious and darker stories, but I also appreciate humor and the unexpected moments that naturally develop during play. My work follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, so I'm primarily looking for biweekly games that align with my off-weeks. I'm in US Central Time but work nights, so I'm available across a fairly broad range of hours and am happy to play with groups in other time zones.

Wannabe voice actor from the boonies. I started playing dnd 7 years ago and fell in love with it. My favorite part of dnd it's the stories and characters and the lore about them.

I am a new player wanting to get into DnD. I am free on Friday nights and weekends, I would like to have a more casual/laidback game to begin with so I can learn how to play, but I am also interested in a long term game so I can play the same character, (I really want to play a Warlock), as well as I would like to start a game from the start, and not join part way through. I also have some social issues, so I am not the best at talking to people until I get to know them.
