I'm Nick, I'm a 32yo male/AMAB non-binary person, with a few years of experience playing D&D 3.5, D&D 5.0, and CoC 7th. I'm a little burnt out on those (mostly D&D/high fantasy) so I'd prefer to play a different system, but I'm not against those systems if the campaign is appealing enough. I'm open-minded, intelligent, and a quick learner so picking up new systems is pretty easy for me. The systems that appeal to me the most right now are Mutants & Masterminds, Cyberpunk, Mothership, Kult, Unknown Armies, any World/Chronicles of Darkness system, or any obscure or homebrew horror system (any setting with heavy horror). My ideal group would consist of people around my age but I'll play with anyone 18+. I'm friendly and get along with pretty much everyone, and have thick skin so I don't mind banter, darker themes, or adult content. LGBTQIA+ friendly (obviously lol), female friendly, POC friendly. I'm also not going to get too antsy if we get a little derailed from play sometimes, especially with goofier groups, but I love serious play just as much. Currently looking to play weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, during evenings/nights. Saturdays are undesirable at the moment but if I really love the campaign idea I can make the time for it. I can't play Tuesday afternoons and both Wednesday and Sunday are off limits at the moment. Long term campaigns are ideal. I'm a pretty dedicated player, I rarely miss sessions. Any VTT is fine (I love Foundry), theater of the mind is also fine. I'm not a big fan of Roll20 but I'll use it if I have to lol. I have and use Discord regularly. I also would pefer not to be on cam, but I do have a webcam. However I do not want to be recorded and posted on the public internet so skip me if you're running on a stream, youtube recording, podcast, etc. Recordings for private note-taking purposes are okay but do not post them online publicly. I love creating characters (especially flawed characters) so I usually have several character ideas for multiple systems either ready-to-play or brewing, even for systems I've ever played (such as M&M 3e, Unknown Armies, Kult, etc). I'm flexible enough to stick with RAW or go full homebrew, I will always work with the DM to ensure that my character is suitable for their campaign, especially if we dive into heavy homebrew. I generally prefer not to min/max but I'm not against it, I just find flawed characters (mechanical and flavor) to be far more interesting and fun to play. I don't meta game, backseat game, rules lawyer, and I don't have main character syndrome (if anything I'm a little shy of the limelight). I can also handle bad outcomes and character death, I believe that's just part of the storytelling aspect of TTRPGs. I love roleplay, combat, exploration, puzzle solving, pretty much every aspect of TTRPGs so I'm generally comfortable with any ratio. I also sometimes to photo-manipulation/digital collage art, drawn art (digital and traditional), etc for my character, other characters, campaigns, but I'm not very good at it (yet). Usually this is for comedic effect or out of necessity. I also do art and writing outside of TTRPG play. Not interested in play-by-post or paid games, sorry.

Hi, french adult player here. Experienced in PF2E : Been playing and dming 1e and 2e for yers now. Started with naheulbeuk and 1e, then did one game of 5e and finally moved to 2e and a bit of Knight. I play my round quickly and, if possible, some flair. [Type of game]: To complement a more rp focused campaign I'm in I'd like to find a game that's more focused on action and aventure. Looking at recent APs I've seen that Hellbreakers and Hell's destiny look cool. Would be interrested going back into Kingmaker after my previous go was cut short. Or even conversions of 1e AP or homebrew stuff ! : On week days I can play from 19:00 to 00:00 and on saturdays I am free all day from 08:00 to 00:00 [Price:]: 15$/session, can negotiate down for struggling DMs. But otherwise that's the cost for me to play at your table I'm a big gish fan, but so far haven't got to play one in 2e to very high level (highest I got with a magus was level 5 or 6 in abomination vault before a tpk). The only high level AP I got done so far was Age of Ashes several years ago with my sorcerer. So I'd be pretty flexible on roles to fill with one, ideally i'll try to make a magus work and with its upcoming rework I think I could make it fill defensive or offensive roles in a party ! Some characters I played before were: -Phaebus: in 1e, a magus smith from Torch in Iron Gods. He was one of the students of the local mage who had gone missing at the start of the AP, on the way to rescue him he found an intelligent sword of strange design that had lost its memories. He made it his goal to restore the lost memories and learn more about that sword in order to forge his own masterpiece. Piers: 2e Age of Ashes, a draconic sorcerer who chose to become a paragon of heroism for the weak after escaping slavery. He wore shiny plate armor and a shield without any other weapon to be a symbol of protection in the name of Milani. After the end of the campaign he kept travelling to free slaves and oppressed alike. Red Swirl: 2e Kingmaker, a kholo magus from a group of bandit/mercenary kholos who joined the party to get rid of the Staglord, and then stayed to help them deal with anything pertaining to magic. Sadly the game stoped early in book 2. W4N-D3RER: 2e Abomination Vault, an automaton cleric of casandalee who puts on a front talking very robotically and flatly, indicating verbally the tone or emotion he is going for. he does so to get people used to interracting with the less emotive sentient machines children of the goddess. He died late into the dungeon and was planned to return as a ghost summoner, with his old automaton body as a contruct eidolon. But sadly, again, the group disbanded and gave up after a tpk. Some more details: -Won't join games that use AI -LGBTQ friendly is required. -Furry friendly is preferred

Most of my career has been as a professional actor and improv performer so being engaging and creative is rarely a problem for me. Hello! You can refer to me as Grizz or Doom, either nickname works until we get to know each other better.  To get the essentials out of the way; My most experiance is in DnD 5e by far with a few campaigns and plenty of characters beneath my belt. I have dabbled a little in Cybperunk Red & Vampire the Masqurade, though not a full game as of yet. I am a detailed and literate roleplayer with eight years experiance with an average post length of one to two paragraphs that can easily adjust according to scene and pacing. I'm hoping to find someone experianced in GURPS to show me the rulset and teach me about that TTRPG. Be it a one shot or a long term campiagn between us - I have heard a lot of stuff relating to GURPS character creation and the sheer amount of veriaty you could make in it. I especially enjoy gothic horror, dark fantasy, Ravenloft-style settings, and campaigns where character choices have meaningful consequences. I am interested in playing with a group that challenges my role playing skills. Mystery and puzzles always the better. I am good with straight rules, or home rules, or even custom therian races or whatever, as long as they are consistent make sense for the game. Crazy fox guy who can't stay still, sure, as long as that plays out through the story. Depending on the game, I could play power hungry, but not in abuse of game rules, in the literal sense. A wizard looking for immortality, a sorcerer looking to become an actual dragon, a fighter looking to master the blade. I am very open however to playing a character to help a DM push a plotline. For example, a Warforged left without a memory, to be filled in later. A Warlock who just wants to find out what happened to his brother, who got wrapped up in some story the DM decides.

Hello everyone! I am a player looking for a 1 on 1 PBP game with a Fantasy, Sci-fi, or Apocapytic setting. Or maybe even a mix of two! I left it pretty open on purpose so we can talk about it together. I do have ideas of course and I am more than happy to share them. I will at least add here that I do like like super dark or hopeless worlds. Dystopian is fine, but let me have a little hope in life, some good moments you know! A few things about me and what I would like out of the game: I am in my 20s and male. I set 20 dollars in the title as a base not a max. I would say my range is 20-50 dollars. I would be willing to pay more for a few things: Response frequency, VTT usage, NPC Ref (Both SFW and NSFW). Essentially, I will pay you more for more effort you put in. DND5e/5.5. I am okay with either edition, though I know 5e a lot better so if we play 5.5e I am sorry in advanced if I make a few mistakes initially. I will at the very least try not to make the same mistakes again. I am looking for a PBP game as since I am looking for a game with a fair bit NSFW content I do not feel comfortable using my voice, though the DM/GM is more than welcome to do voice messages if they so wish. I would like the game to be a Duet/Solo game. I like playing really strong characters as such, I would like to play a Gestalted character, bonus points if you let me do a Tri Gestalt but its not required. Based off the point above, I do like using that strong character for combat both because I like the fighting for something and I like to roll dice, preferably with big numbers as the outcome! I don't need to wake up, combat, sleep, wake up combat. I like the combat to have meaning and a reason behind it. But if you give me a goal and along the way I can fight stuff, I will do so happily! NSFW Stuff: I am admittedly new to this website so I am unsure how NSFW they allow me to write my post. So, I will refrain from being too explicit outside of DMs. However a few things that I will mention here are a couple of hard limits. That is anything bathroom related, SA on screen, NTR (hate this one the most), and of course all characters that engage in sexual activity MUST be 18+. Greetings! I'm CoffeeandCantrips, and I'd be delighted to be your fellow player-character or DM! I'm a 35 year old Englishman lost in Scotland, a graduate and professional aspiring amateur-to-professional games-master on the side. Seems like the perfect side-hustle, making magic happen. I've always wanted to give it a try, and thus the second launch this project now. I've been aware of RPG's since my early teens, being vaguely introduced to it by almost every western animated cartoon referencing it in at least one episode. I took the plunge at university, and I've been hooked and rolling dice ever since. I've been in-and-out playing table-top RPG's for just under 20 years now, including DM'ing, serious player rolelay, LARP'ing, you name it. I have *some* Roll20 experience, I would estimate about just under 100 or so hours on a previous account before the new account and rebranding! I've tried to dabble where I can, but primarily my experience is with D&D 3.5, 4th edition, 5th, 5.5e, Pathfinder 1st edition, as well as a handful of other systems briefly. Tabletop RPG's to me, is the top-tier of entertainment and best way to spend some time sitting around with old and new friends, sipping nice drinks, eating snacks, and sharing awesome stories -- that's a good life. Old-school person-to-person socializing, chatting, communities -- that's what it's about. It makes for a quality team-building and problem-solving experience. I've played and also run - forum play-by-post, live-chat typing sessions, in-person tabletop dice-rolling, voice and video sessions and tourist-themed games. As far as theme and styling and tone - I usually enjoy lighter games, with darker discoveries and undertones, I'm mostly influenced by the Fable and Baldur's Gate series. Because of my full-time work and so I can affort to spend time elsewhere with other loved-ones, I can only ever confirm for one-shot, one-time events. My lifestyle doesn't support ongoing campaigns, though I am very supportive and envious of those who do get to enjoy long-form! As a player, I don't mind what system we play, who we're with or what character I play, I can usually come up with something. I usually like to fill and round out a party composition. The joy of the play is the most important thing, and it's important to keep practicing, stretching and improving! As a DM, I mostly very much enjoy introducing the game to newer players. There are a lot of very experienced gamers out there with the opportunity and community in order to play, but I tend to find that there are many many people out there who would love to try D&D because of their favorite shows (Stranger Things and Critical Role, especially), but don't know who to turn to or where to start: Sometimes, it's just nice to be given a good start and a good introduction into the hobby, and to be guided through the sometimes intimidating Player's Handbook! Im new to D&D, but ive plaed the swedish verson drakar och demoner before, so i have a littel bit of experiense with tabeltop RPGs.  I really enjoy roleplaying and get in to charehters. Hello. I got into DnD when 3.5 was the current edition, then dropped out and returned for 5th edition recently. I also played some Pathfinder 2E and Call of Cthulhu, and I dabble in other systems I haven't quite been able to play yet (like Vampire: the Masquerade and its sibling systems, or various Powered by the Apocalypse ones). I am looking for an occasional one-shot or short adventure (2-6 sessions tops), to augment my gaming time and test out character concepts I haven't gotten to play in my long-term campaign. I tend to create characters and put them in the drawer until it's time to pull one out, so chances are, for any group or adventure out there, I might have a character or five that would fit, although I am likely to make a new one custom-fit to what a group needs because the act of creating characters is so much fun in its own right. I like variety in my game sessions, some battles, some roleplay, some skill checks (exploration, socializing, puzzles, etc.), some funny times and some serious times. I tend to build and play tank and support characters (there's always a demand for those, it seems), though I can play a straightforward striker too, if it's the right fit for a party. I personally lean towards Good and Lawful, so most of my characters will reflect that, though I can make Evil, Chaotic or even Chaotic Evil characters if they're an especially good fit for an adventure or a given party (aside from murder hoboing, I never saw the point in that and I'm afraid I would not have fun in such a party). For some of my inspiration, it's gotta be the Witcher (both the books by Andrew Sapkowski and the games based on those), the Dark Souls franchise, Baldur's Gate 3 (obvious, I know, but it would be a glaring hole to not mention it) but also old school Final Fantasy games (VI is my favourite, with Terra and Locke and their friends) as well as League of Legends (I played for a few years and then quit when life got too busy, but I've kept fond memories of it all the same). My availability is currently uncertain, hence why I would prefer one-shots or shorter adventures. I could eventually commit to something longer, but I'd rather try out and negotiate something short, then once I prove myself to the others and find a group I feel really welcome in, I can consider committing to a larger campaign. I'm really drawn to the storytelling side of D&D. I love getting invested in characters, mysteries, weird worlds, plot twists, darker stories, and seeing where everything goes. I'm a huge horror and sci-fi fan, and generally love anything that's a little strange, creepy, funny, or completely unhinged. I'm also into fantasy, video games, board games, movies and TV! I'm pretty easygoing when it comes to the actual campaign. I'm happy to learn, try different character types, and work with the DM and the rest of the group rather than showing up with some elaborate character that absolutely has to fit into the campaign. I'm also not particularly interested in min/maxing or trying to "win". I mostly want to make a character and see what happens to them. Outside of D&D, I work in fashion/tech and spend a lot of my free time gaming, watching horror movies, going to the movies, checking out bars/restaurants, playing board games, or finding some new show to get obsessed with. I'm open to online or in-person games. For in-person I'm in Manhattan, but I don't mind traveling within NYC. I'd especially love to find a recurring group where everyone gets along and eventually becomes the kind of group that might grab drinks, play other games, see a movie, etc. outside of D&D too.

I pride myself on being able to effectively fill any necessary role that the party may need. Diving into the roleplay and being able to uncover backstories, converse over the mysteries presented in the game narrative, and explore the world in an often unique fashion. Giving a character some depth is fun for me, as people often want their character to be more than stats on a sheet but in my experience they often don't know how to do so. I try to find ways to do that with people so that they might enjoy their experience more.

Trying to get back into being a DnD player again. Currently run a DnD 5.5e  custom campaign for some friends and it has made me yearn to be a player again lol. Pretty laid back if there are any questions feel free to ask. Editions Im comfortable playing in order are 5E 5.5E and 3.5E. Elements of comedy and horror are always a bonus for me. I'm a very creative person and I usually create either interesting or zany characters who fit in well with whatever world or system I'm playing in I also DM occasionally, though currently I'm focused on creating an elaborate homebrew world and don't have time to DM any longer campaigns atm

Hello everyone! My name is Mark and it is nice to meet you! I have been playing tabletop games for over 12 years now and I'm the Forever GM for my group of friends! I have run a number of systems, including D&D 3.5e, D&D 5e, PF1e, Savage Worlds, FATE, and even some smaller tabletop systems--including some I have made myself! As a result, I'm always happy to learn a new system, and I'm able to commit it to memory as well. I am primarily a story-focused GM, and I love being able to sink my teeth into a setting and learn all about it both IC and OOC. I take intricate notes in-character and like to keep track of how things are going. Lore and storytelling are the greatest rewards, not magical loot!  I am also a very easygoing and laid-back player. As a GM, I am also willing to help other players learn the system/game if I can, and I am more than happy to play a background role to let others do their thing. I am also comfortable taking the lead, but I believe communication is key whether you are a GM or a player. As a result, I will always hash things out ahead of time instead of doing anything rash! Hello! ^^ My name is Adam. I've been playing D&D for some time now, having both tried 5e and 5.5e, which I'm looking forward to playing! I don't mind slight homebrews on a mechanical level and I enjoy homebrewed worlds and scenery for a campaign a lot, instead of the usual presets or manuals to run campaigns. I don't have any preferences on classes or playstyle. I enjoy playing every role as long as the DM gives me the tools I need to have fun in my role. What I am looking for is a game of D&D 5.5e to play around 8 or 9 pm (UTC +2). I have no set day to play, though I have a preference for the weekend, including Saturday. I don't mind any type of campaign from espionage to guild adventures or even thieves in search of ancient relics, though I prefer high fantasy worlds and little to no restriction around playstyles (for example, limiting magic, magic items, etc.) and, if possible, more focus on the roleplay aspect both in and out of combat without overshadowing the gameplay of it. Now for a little info drop about me! I'm a student who lives in Western Europe, simply looking to find a memorable time and party to play and have fun with! I might sound or act a little anxious or closed off at first, but if I grow comfortable, I can get extremely chatty! A part that I find very important in sessions is the music that is played. Having no music is actually a huge deal breaker for me in many situations. Lastly, I'm looking forward to meeting and talking with new people about my personal hobbies, and getting to know each other well. There is still a lot I could write, but I much prefer getting to know someone by voice and through more meaningful personal chats! Hopefully someone reading this message might think I'm a good pick for their game. Good day, My name is Adomas, a male in my late thirties. Born and raised in Lithuania but currently living in Norway. Languages: English (C1), Lithuanian (Mother tongue), Norwegian (B2), Russian (B1). Most suitable times for games: CET 20,00-00,00 (Mondays, Tuesdays, Sundays), would commit 1-2 days per week. Gaming experience: Mostly I'm interested in DnD 5e, DnD 5,5e. Currently playing a 3 year long campaign while meeting people physically and Curse of Strahd (online). + PC gaming like BG, Destiny, ect. Gaming role: Player (sadly but don't have enough time to DM). Party roles: flexible. Usually I can perform in different roles, depending on what is needed for the party. A few of my chars include: Dragonborn Oath of vengeance paladin (16lvl), Pallid elf Twilight Cleric (7lvl), Wood elf warrior/archer(7lvl). Need to mention that roles were used in the 5e setting. Due to the fact that usually I'm quite committed to the character my roleplay can be a bit lacking. What I mean by that - it's not that easy for me to take different social roles in a game (out of combat), for example, drunkard, foul ect. Usually my IRL personality reflects on my chars in-game. Personal traits reflected on characters: Neutral: Not motivated by in-game gold/wealth, personal growth is secondary, success of a party is a priority. Strong feeling of righteousness with a sprinkle of vengeance/sadism. Possitives: Logical/tactical thinking, encounter planning, decent decision making even in morally tough situations. Negatives: ‘’By the book’’ attitude - We should be clear with the rules before the game/gaming session and not change/homebrew them on the spot, in the middle of a fight or RP. Questioning DM / Game rules (abbilities, spells ect.) is a crucial process of learning and experiencing the game (IMHO), therefore there could be some discussions here and there. Few notes: There is no problem supporting GM financially. Have a few friends, with experience in DnD (1-2 additional players) if needed. Looking For a Long-Term Game! Hello! My name is Gabby or Caboose (F)(23) and I am looking for a long-term campaign to join! I haven’t had much luck yet, so I'm trying all my options here. I’ll be happy to tell you more about me in DMs, but I'll include a short blurb near the end of this post as well! Availabilities: Mondays and Tuesdays anytime, Wednesday thru Saturday AFTER 8:30pm MST I am open to most genres, but I do have a strong preference for high-fantasy type stories. I am not interested in joining a Westmarch or Play-By-Post as I rather have something more committed and consistent. I talk using Discord, and I'm open to using DNDBeyond, Roll20, Foundry, and Owlbear. Preferably, I’d also like a Dungeon Master/Players that are at least 18 and older. I have the most experience with DND, and I've dabbled a bit in PF2E, but I am willing to learn other systems as well (Like Daggerheart). I prefer a high fantasy, story driven game that ecourages players to get deep with character creation and rewards us for interaction with the world and even other player characters. I love all genres and I'm more than okay with dark themes so long as it actually has a purpose and not just used for shock value. I am not super into Sci-fi or steampunk, but Im willing to give it a shot! I am super adaptable depending on the setting, and as a writer myself, it's easy for me to create a character that will fit into your world with ease.
