I'm Nick, I'm a 32yo male/AMAB non-binary person, with a few years of experience playing D&D 3.5, D&D 5.0, and CoC 7th. I'm a little burnt out on those (mostly D&D/high fantasy) so I'd prefer to play a different system, but I'm not against those systems if the campaign is appealing enough. I'm open-minded, intelligent, and a quick learner so picking up new systems is pretty easy for me. The systems that appeal to me the most right now are Mutants & Masterminds, Cyberpunk, Mothership, Kult, Unknown Armies, any World/Chronicles of Darkness system, or any obscure or homebrew horror system (any setting with heavy horror). My ideal group would consist of people around my age but I'll play with anyone 18+. I'm friendly and get along with pretty much everyone, and have thick skin so I don't mind banter, darker themes, or adult content. LGBTQIA+ friendly (obviously lol), female friendly, POC friendly. I'm also not going to get too antsy if we get a little derailed from play sometimes, especially with goofier groups, but I love serious play just as much. Currently looking to play weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday, during evenings/nights. Saturdays are undesirable at the moment but if I really love the campaign idea I can make the time for it. I can't play Tuesday afternoons and both Wednesday and Sunday are off limits at the moment. Long term campaigns are ideal. I'm a pretty dedicated player, I rarely miss sessions. Any VTT is fine (I love Foundry), theater of the mind is also fine. I'm not a big fan of Roll20 but I'll use it if I have to lol. I have and use Discord regularly. I also would pefer not to be on cam, but I do have a webcam. However I do not want to be recorded and posted on the public internet so skip me if you're running on a stream, youtube recording, podcast, etc. Recordings for private note-taking purposes are okay but do not post them online publicly. I love creating characters (especially flawed characters) so I usually have several character ideas for multiple systems either ready-to-play or brewing, even for systems I've ever played (such as M&M 3e, Unknown Armies, Kult, etc). I'm flexible enough to stick with RAW or go full homebrew, I will always work with the DM to ensure that my character is suitable for their campaign, especially if we dive into heavy homebrew. I generally prefer not to min/max but I'm not against it, I just find flawed characters (mechanical and flavor) to be far more interesting and fun to play. I don't meta game, backseat game, rules lawyer, and I don't have main character syndrome (if anything I'm a little shy of the limelight). I can also handle bad outcomes and character death, I believe that's just part of the storytelling aspect of TTRPGs. I love roleplay, combat, exploration, puzzle solving, pretty much every aspect of TTRPGs so I'm generally comfortable with any ratio. I also sometimes to photo-manipulation/digital collage art, drawn art (digital and traditional), etc for my character, other characters, campaigns, but I'm not very good at it (yet). Usually this is for comedic effect or out of necessity. I also do art and writing outside of TTRPG play. Not interested in play-by-post or paid games, sorry.

Usually behind the screen, always happy to grab a seat and try another system. I bring curiosity, share the spotlight, and work with the GM and fellow players to create the kind of moments you only get around a TTRPG table.

I've been gaming since the early 80s. I suck at bios. I have played a bazillion games, and am willing to learn new systems. I prefer long term campaigns, with focus on roleplay and character development. I haven't listed all games I've played/own, because there's far too many.

I’m an experienced GM, have run multiyear campaigns, and I regularly run games at local conventions. Preferred Systems: Mostly not D&D or similar traditional fantasy games. Recent games include Agon, Unknown Armies, Call of Cthulhu, Delta Green, Mothership, Pendragon, Mythic Bastionland, Alien, Blade Runner, Symbaroum, Starforged, Over the Edge, Swords of the Serpentine, and Paranoia. But I generally enjoy learning new systems Preferred Playstyle: Narrative and investigation are my first choice. I like roleplaying heavy games where choices carry weight and the setting matters: occult conspiracy, espionage, horror, gritty sci-fi, mythic adventure. Combat is fine when it’s brief, tense, and consequential rather than a grind. Character death in earned circumstances is fine. I'm open to romance in games if the table is bought in. I don't need a lot of rules but I care about the rules we agree on being consistent and well understood. I enjoy and run both traditional RPGs and GMless story games. Preferred Tone: Serious stakes with room for humor. Warm, character-driven humor or dark humor works for me; contempt-driven or goofy comedy doesn’t. I prefer a grounded game but pulp is fine as long as we're all on the same page. I’m happy to run a one-shot when the regular GM needs a break.

Well met, stranger. I'm hiddenson. I've played different rpgs since the 90's, mostly as GM. I prefer GMing because I love world building and long-term campaigns. I revel in many layered plots that peel like a bag of onions, tuning preset worlds to my signature flavor of horror and hardcore mechanics. My style is deeply immersive, roleplay heavy, and Rule of Cool. I prefer acting in the first person with people who invest creativity in their characters. At the moment, I'd like to focus on horror games and Cyberpunk. I'd love to play other settings of the World of Darkness. I have extensive experience in Call of Cthulhu in the 1920's as well as in Cyberpunk 2020 so I'll adapt to new editions easily. Lastly, I have little to no experience in the other titles, but I'm eager to try them out. I lean into characters hungry for lore rather than riches. Think erudite professors risking their sanity in eldritch tomes, or tomb raiding archaeologists uncovering more than they bargained for. Indepth discussions between characters, debates about what to do in different situations. Being challenged on morality of what is happening. Highs of wins fought through hard work and the sting of defeats felt through the whole group, ending in commiseration at the tavern as our characters mourn the loss of a favored NPC. Roleplay is what I love most about TTRPG's. I've been playing them since I was 12 years old (I am now 41), and while at the time it was because of all the cool monsters and stuff, even then I was captured by the different stories you could tell. I would love to share in the telling of the stories with you and your group. I've got extensive experience in a number of different systems from D&D in various incarnations to World of Darkness and Chronicles of Darkness to Masks, Stars Without Number and Fantasy Flight Star Wars. I'm always up for learning a new system! I've also GMed my fair share of games in the past, but am just looking to play right now due to my health right now (I am disabled) That isn't to say I -don't- like the tactical and exploration aspects of the game. When it comes to combat I tend to be more of a tactition sort of player, analyzing the playfield and trying to figure out the enemy. Though that hasn't ever stopped me from making the -stupid- decisions because they were in character. Story and plot over mechanical wins for me every time. Failure is always an option. It never is an end point, because it just gives new opportunities for story, even if it stings and hurts in the moment. We find the motivation in that. I recently relocated to the US and would like to find a cool group to play with. I started in 1985 and I've played lots of different games. I'm also a GM but for now I don't think my English is good enough to be anything else than a player. Unless I find French speaking players in the area... I've been a World of Darkness player since the mid-'90s, though I haven't played as much since college and I'd like to change that. Vampire: the Masquerade is my personal favorite, but I like all the classic WoD lines. I also would like to try some other, lesser-known systems, but I have much less familiarity with their rulesets. I'm a roleplayer first, but I do enjoy some combat as well; I can get into most types of stories, though I'm usually not wild about romance. I like anything that really allows a deep, sustained exploration of the setting and its themes, as well as the backstories of all the characters involved. I'd love to find a weekly game, but as long as the schedule is consistent, I can be flexible.

I'm 17 years old and I love to play DnD. I don't get to often because campaign plans always fall through. I love the roleplay part and cozy vibes. I really hate horror. I'm nonbinary bisexual. I'm neurodivergent and disabled.

I'm Nik, in my late thirties and ageing like Keanu. I'm from the UK, run my games online via Foundry VTT and am a friendly and chilled guy, but most definitely a forever DM. I've only ever had the chance to play to the end of the first book of Pathfinders Legacy of Fire, so the games I'd love to play from start to finish (in order of most wanted to least for each system) are: Pathfinder 1 - Curse of the Crimson Throne, Return of the Runelords, Kingmaker. Pathfinder 2 - Any of the above converted to 2E, or anything else. D&D 5E - Curse of Strahd. Call of Cthulhu - Never played, but with the right DM, would love to try it. I make all of my physical character sheets and tokens in Photoshop, love roleplay-heavy campaigns and as a DM, prefer running gritty, grounded games over power fantasy. I have played or run games in main stream systems like D&D, World for Darkness, Pathfinder, GURPS, FATE, Rifts, etc; smaller independent titles: Star Trek Adventures, Marvel Heroic RPG, My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, etc. As well as playtested brand new games. Friendly: I work with all ages, experience levels, and interests. My goal is to be as entertaining as possible. Flexible: Player driven stories, you determine what is important and I will make sure the world keeps up. Safe: I can handle everything from Rated G to Rated NC-17, although my games tend to be in the PG-13 to R spectrum. Think of what typical Hollywood movies provide. We can discuss what topics will be avoided during session 0. If there are any uncomfortable topics that are missed and come up in play, let me know and I will remove or adjust as needed. I am glad to take on newbies and answer any questions you might have. I am free basically all the time, so as long as the times stay consistent (for campaigns) then I can accommodate any day or time the group agrees on. I am a prospective Pro GM. For now, I am looking to just build good rapport and reviews, but I intend to transition to taking on paid games; I know it's a touchy topic, but I can assure you that with the work I put into games, it is worth it (I wouldn't pursue it as a job if I didn't believe it was worthwhile). I'm also interested in Masks a New Generation and I'd be willing to learn to GM for an enthusiastic group. Some media influences I draw on are comics, wwe, fairy tales, and have a big soft spot for modern gothic tales such as What Moves the Dead by T Kingfisher. I've also enjoyed podcasts such as Welcome to Nightvale and something like Kids on Bikes or Monster of the Week might be cool with this vibe. When it comes to actual play I've watched some dimension twenty campaigns, a tiny bit of critical role, little LBYN, a good chunk of Dungeons Drakkenheim, a little bit of WBN and the whole concept of Private Nightmares is fascinating to me. DMing requirements. If you're interested in having me dm some form of session zero is required (even just ten to fifteen minutes beforehand) and for dming online a simple safety system such as lines and veils is non-negotiable. I'll play in voice, text, camera on. When it comes to my campaigns, no generative ai. Whether that's ai art, back stories, and please don't feed my narration into ai to try and get the optimal response, it's really lame and I won't want to DM for you. This is something I trust people on when I GM and I hope that trust is respected. Horror is something I enjoy but it's definitely not a requirement and I won't bring it into a campaign unless it's been pre-established that everyone at the table are on board for it (please don't ask me to spring horror on the other players without a temperature check, it's really not cool). I love TTRPGs. Fantasy or Sci-Fi, campy or serious, investigative or hack-n-slash. I'm in my mid-fifties, roled my first dice in the 70's, and have been engaged in gaming on and off since. I have run stories and campaigns, but I don't have the time to plan and organize for a group right now. Being a white middle-aged male, he/him is fine, I am aware of the baggage that comes with that and am on a life adventure to find acceptance for me through accepting others for their identities and histories. I have played Advanced DnD, 2nd, 3rd, 3.5 and 5th edition, along with supplementals from other publishers for DnD like Fantasy Flight. I have played Rifts, Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, Vampire the Masquerade, Pathfinder 1e, Star Wars (multiple versions), Starfinder, and I'm sure I'ver forgotten some games over the years. I'm hoping to find a group, or groups, to join in some adventuring. I suppose a short campaign is a good place to start, if the group is solid and works well then committing to something longer seems like a natural progession.

I've been playing TTRPG's for around 5 years I'm most familiar with D&D 5e I've also played in Avatar Legends(PBTA),Call of Cthulhu, Cypher System, and Lancer(Not a preferred game) As well as in Homebrew systems, which I am open to, as well as other TTRPG's I'm not as familiar with I am quick to catch on and learn be it systems or party/player dynamics I like character roleplay, having the chance to interact with eachother and the world around, so combat is not necessity for me, but I do enjoy it. That being said I find I am less of a fan of full combat games where majority of every single session is combat.
