I have been playing TTRPGs since 1989. I have lived through the age of THAC0 and emerged proudly displaying my battle scars. I started out in Rules Lite systems such as Risus and Dread before moving more into heavier games such as D&D3.5, 5e, 5.5. Hello, I'm Jesse. I've been playing and Gamemastering for 20+ years. I started with D&D 3.0 and have grown with both the Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder environments. I love to explore other systems, as well, and have played more than my fair share of the White Wolf systems (especially, Vampire), The Mistborn Adventure Game and now the Cosmere RPG, Call of Cthulu, and the unofficial Pokemon TTRPGs (Pokemon: Tabletop United and Pokemon: Tabletop Adventures). I've stuck my nose in many others systems such as various GURPS and PbtA systems, Blades in the Dark, and many more large and small games. I haven't picked up a systems that I've been truly unfamiliar with in over a decade. My experience is a spectacular mix of in-person plays with local friends and congoers as well as remote plays via VTTs such as Roll20 and Foundry and Play-by-Post campaigns with online friends and strangers alike. I'm familiar with tools of all varieties and flexible enough to pick up all the new ones as they ship out. I'm always trying to find the right combination for me and my table. I want to add that professionally, my background is in both education and counseling and that you can be comfortable in knowing that I am a well-organized person with both the patience and skills to deescalate and find common ground. Hey guys, the name is Micahel and I have been playnig dnd for at least I can say back to like 2020-21, after covid stuff ended, I am a big lover of both module games and homebrew games that people make themselves, especially to see and experience thier hard work and world space. I would like to say I chose the 18+/nsfw tags as I tend to use them more to show I like playing with others closer to my age range, 30, and experience games tied to things you may see in grimdark games for example. Now of course my main thing will be: if all the party is cool with it then alright, my liking of it shouldn't trump the care and comfort of others. When it comes to games, I prefer playing support characters to some more front line in the fight types while I am still trying to get better at verbal roleplaying. So if I join games and see a support role needed, I would probably be the first to offer taking classes like Clerics to other classes with subclasses that give a support/healer focus. If there is however the chance to be something else, I would probably take classes like Artificers, Warlocks, Wizards, Barbarians, or Paladins. Whatever the party needs, I am more than willing to take the role to help the party not be lacking a needed coverage. The same is how I tend to rp, I try not to be commanding a scene or talking over others so I may be more of a quiet person till a chance to speak is there. I hate the idea of cutting someone off during a needed question, special moment, and so on. In the future I plan to try running some paid one shots and maybe even a full campaign as I am trying to find something of work I can do that fits within stuff I have going on with myself. If I ever get the chance to, I look forward to making a world you can love being part of.

Hey, I'm Carn. I have about 6 years of TTRPG experience on both sides of the table across a small handful of systems. My schedule is fairly free currently, so I'm not especially picky about timeframe or game frequency. I tend to enjoy creating characters tied to already existing structures within the world in order to both work with the DM to flesh out a central region or organization of the campaign and anchor that character to a set of themes and locales that will likely be relevant to the campaign. I'm bigger on roleplay than combat, though I have no qualms with combat. I have no problem with character death so long as it is established as a possible threat from the getgo.

I'm a 21yo artist and ex-theatre kid who is also a nerd! not a shocking combo I know, but this is relevant to the fact that I am a roleplay, story and heavy envestment type player and DM. I have been playing 5e and 5.5e for about two years now both as a player and while in the DM's chair; a role I love, but I would also like to see the other side of the screen sometimes... that's why I'm hoping to find a group! My primary skills in improv and character writing are what I think stands out about me personally-- I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but you can rely on me to fill sliences and start in-character conversations. oh yeah I also draw a bit so letting me into your group may have the side effect of getting silly moments from sessions drawn lol. I'm looking for a roleplay centered group. I'm pretty flexible in terms of game themes, though you may have to sell me on certain genres of horror. Heyo, just a your friendly neighborhood DM and player, been playing since 3.5, had some fun in 4e, tried some 5e, moved to Pathfinder, and then made my own headache of a system for my friends. The TTRPG journey started when I was back in high school, and my writing has been even longer and one of the things I am personally most proud of, my ability to make compelling characters that also have good builds. Though I have a horrid habbit of power gaming I'm trying to break!

I've been playing D&D for around 5 years, although I've only ever played with my IRL friends. Unfortunately, everyone's schedules have gotten busier, so I'm finally making an effort to find a new group because I really miss playing! Greetings all! I have been playing TTRPGs on and off for 25 years and although I am naturally more combat-focused, I have been wanting to improve my roleplaying skills a bit more. Not that I think I am awful at roleplay, but we all have room for improvement and that just feels like the skill I could do better in. Mostly i have been stuck being the forever DM but have been playng recetly myself. I generally as a DM enjoy a lot of different style of games from crunching numbers and tactical combat to more lighthearted or serious roleplay. I have been playing TTRPG since 1993 with AD&D 2nd Edition and still adding books to the shelf today. I love both crunchy numbers and RAW or just off the cuff Rule of Cool. I've been playing D&D since my childhood in the early 80's and try my best to re-engage the board game/improv troupe I associate with the best expressions of role playing games. I like voice acting, playing in-character and making sessions a mix of gameplay, making friends and holding spance to let their imaginations run free with safety and advocacy. I'm happy to run games for your group in 5E/5.5E. I'm proficient with D&D Beyond, and will include music/sfx in our games and also make maps with Inkarnate. I recently moved which means I can no longer play with my old D&D group. I'm looking for another tabletop experiance, and hoping to make some friends at the table too. Hello, I'm Lexa (they/them)! I'm a totally new player, but have been interested in TTRPGs for years. I'm big on roleplaying and I love in depth character creation, but I also enjoy dungeon crawling and combat. I've always tended to take the lead when playing board games to keep things moving and I'm a storyteller, so I think I'd make a good GM. I love sci-fi and fantasy in equal parts, grew up on and still enjoy magical girl media, and I've gotten really into the superhero genre more recently. I'm also a thorough enjoyer of dystopian settings, though I don't have the stomach for intense horror that I used to. I'm admittedly very awkward when meeting new people, but once I'm over the initial hurdle and start feeling comfortable (which happens pretty quick with good matches) I'm bright and passionate. I'm a college student so my schedule varies semester to semester, but for now I'm free anytime on Fridays, as well as Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday after 5PM (CST)

Heyo, I'm Griz! I've been playing DnD for about half my life now and have been DMing for about 5 years. I love creating worlds and stories and sharing those with others.. and have a very heavy lean towards narative and roleplay. I like to keep a 75:25 ratio of roleplay:combat, but will run full combat sessions from time to time if the battle is big enough. At the end of the day, I am a narative first rule-of-cool DM that just wants to tell an incredible story with fun like-minded people who love to get immersed just as much as I do. The setting for almost all of my games is my world called Primordia! It's my homebrew fantasy world of deep lore, fantastic creatures, and hundreds of folk stories and cultural secrets to uncover! Ideally, I'd like to run with the same party across all of my campaigns in this setting, though I understand that life things happen and sometimes a player just can't keep going with the party. Should that time ever arise, I wish you the best of luck on your journey into the unknown! ----SCHEDULING---- Ideally I'd like to run games between Noon - 6pm CST on either Mondays or Saturdays. I will most likely only ever have one game going at a time however, and I tend to cap my table at 6 - 8 players. I'm alright with running games in person if you're close by, but ultimately online tends to be the easier option. ----VTT AND CONTENT---- I use FoundryVTT for all of my online games, though I don't own my wifi so I have to use a tunnel in order to have my players connect. It sounds a little sketchy, I know.. I promise its safe. As far as content goes, FoundryVTT is very limited. I plan to allow my players to use pen and paper even in online play.. however I reserve the right to request that dice be rolled on the VTT (virtual table-top) if I believe you're fudging your results. This is the easiest way for me to not severely limit my players creativity with their characters. ----TABLE RULES---- I will always and forever run an all-inclusive table, and any player who disagrees with that is not welcome at my table. - No minors unless accompanied by a parent/guardian - All players must fill out the RPG Consent Form to play - No discrimination of any kind - No real world politics - No real world religion - No meme characters - No god-modding - Be respectful - Share the spotlight - Have fun! ----PRICING/FUNDING---- I do not plan to charge for my games, however if players want to donate to help me build my content library they are welcome to do so and I will provide my information should that arise. Though playing has crawled out of my comfort zone, I'd like to try playing more! As both a DM and player I like fostering character roleplay, especially creating *interesting dynamics* between PCs and elevating the energy of the RP. I am also a mad theorizer, so if your campaigns include mysteries or investigations, prepare for thousands of wildly inaccurate theories. Hi! All told, I only have about a year of experience playing and GMing, and it's been a looong time, so I'm sure I'm quite rusty. My time zone is CST and my schedule is open. I have no strong preferences when it comes to frequency of sessions, system, or setting. Back when my friends and I actively played, I mostly GMed, using DnD 3.0/3.5, with a little Spycraft on the side. Even though that was years ago, I've never stopped thinking about RPGs, listening to actual play podcasts like The Adventure Zone and Acquisitions, Inc., reading random supplements and forum posts, and playing video games based on tabletop systems/adventures. I love backstory, lore, and worldbuilding and enjoy combat and dungeoncrawling, too. I remember my very first RPG session, when I was a kid, immediately opened my eyes to the creativity and improvisation that the format allows. All I'd done in our first battle was ready my weapon and lightly wound an unlucky bandit... while the far more experienced players of the group spent their first few turns positioning themselves technically, slinging buffs and debuffs, and throwing a tarp over the intimidating-as-hell bandit leader and then setting it ablaze with a torch. I was astounded; I knew I had to have more. The Discworld and Hitchhiker's Guide series of books are dear to me, though I'm down for nearly any fantastical story and setting (much like Pratchett and Adams themselves). Potentially relevant-to-tabletop video game series I've enjoyed are The Witcher, Knights of the Old Republic, Fallout, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Elder Scrolls, Divinity, Baldur's Gate, Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft, Legend of Grimrock, and many more. I like to let other players choose their specializations first, so I can try to fill any gaps we have, then build the character's background and motivation from there. That way, everyone who really wants to play a specific role is happy and the group as a whole is well-rounded. Plus, it's just fun to mix things up from game to game, so I've never really had a favorite class, though I do enjoy playing support (gotta have a healer/medic!). If you have the patience to help me shake off the rust and adapt to your setting and system, I'll do as much or as little reading, roleplaying, and rolling as you need. Ugh, this is really starting to sound like a sales pitch, ha ha... sorry. I'll finish by simply saying that I'm excited to meet you and see what adventures you've got brewing!
