Hiya. Been playing pathfinder for about 7yrs. DM'd multiuple games for a group of friends, but prefer being a player most of the time nowadays. Enjoy creating interesting characters, some very min-maxxed, others are just flavourful, depending on the group. Happy to play most roles for the party. Played a bit of 5e, but do prefer the level of customization in PF1e. Looking for games on the weekend, or evenings GMT.

So, about me, been playing for 11-12 years, started out GMing and probably on the whole find that the more rewarding part of the hobby, but I enjoy playing as well. Played quite a range of systems by this point; did my mandatory few years of D&D and Pathfinder, actually started with Dark Heresy. But I've run Shadowrun briefly, Mutants and Masterminds, dipped my toes in World of Darkness. I think a benefit of my time behind the screen is that I'm relatively flexible in what I enjoy. I can go for deep and character driven games, but I also appreciate the fun of a good dungeoncrawl or epic combat. I'm absolutely a sucker for intrigue, but I'm not above playing characters dumb as a brick. I'm perhaps overly comfortable playing morally grey grand bastards, but when I think of my favourite recent characters, the Lawful Good Rogue probably ranks as the most compelling. I'll admit, though I'm by no means someone who can only enjoy hyper-simulationist games, I do occasionally tend to press up against overly artificial system restrictions. In Starfinder, my character did over time trend towards 'why don't we vent the airlock before we go in... soften them up.', and in general, I see a balanced encounter and will often think 'how can rig the deck a bit more in my favour'. Also not a big fan of 'Narrative' games, like Powered by the Apocalypse. For whatever reason, they are the one genre I've never quite meshed with. But yeah, I am generally open to try different systems, and flexible about my exact role in whatever party I join.

I especially enjoy gothic horror, dark fantasy, Ravenloft-style settings, and campaigns where character choices have meaningful consequences. As a player, I prefer cooperative groups, well-developed characters, and a mature but relaxed table. I enjoy tactical play, but I’m more interested in memorable characters and strong group chemistry than optimisation for its own sake. My main reservations are disruptive PvP, excessive metagaming, rules arguments, and characters designed to undermine the party. I have been playing DnD for 10+ years, and I am very familiar with the mechanics and rules of both DnD and Pathfinder I have no strong preferences towards the type of campaign I play whether it be RP or Combat leaning, I also enjoy interacting with the table outside of games and making friends, I am of the belief that We all play this game to have fun and enjoy ourselves. I am also comfortable with practically any setting, I am LGBTQ+ friendly and respectful of everyone at the table and their characters. I also like to take notes as I play. I do strongly prefer games with Homebrew as a lot of things I do with my characters require Homebrew. I am interested in playing with a group that challenges my role playing skills. Mystery and puzzles always the better. I am good with straight rules, or home rules, or even custom therian races or whatever, as long as they are consistent make sense for the game. Crazy fox guy who can't stay still, sure, as long as that plays out through the story. Depending on the game, I could play power hungry, but not in abuse of game rules, in the literal sense. A wizard looking for immortality, a sorcerer looking to become an actual dragon, a fighter looking to master the blade. I am very open however to playing a character to help a DM push a plotline. I'm a 35 year old Englishman lost in Scotland, a graduate and professional aspiring amateur-to-professional games-master on the side. Seems like the perfect side-hustle, making magic happen. I've always wanted to give it a try, and thus the second launch this project now. I've been aware of RPG's since my early teens, being vaguely introduced to it by almost every western animated cartoon referencing it in at least one episode. I took the plunge at university, and I've been hooked and rolling dice ever since. I've been in-and-out playing table-top RPG's for just under 20 years now, including DM'ing, serious player rolelay, LARP'ing, you name it. I have *some* Roll20 experience, I would estimate about just under 100 or so hours on a previous account before the new account and rebranding! I've tried to dabble where I can, but primarily my experience is with D&D 3.5, 4th edition, 5th, 5.5e, Pathfinder 1st edition, as well as a handful of other systems briefly. Tabletop RPG's to me, is the top-tier of entertainment and best way to spend some time sitting around with old and new friends, sipping nice drinks, eating snacks, and sharing awesome stories -- that's a good life. Old-school person-to-person socializing, chatting, communities -- that's what it's about. It makes for a quality team-building and problem-solving experience. I've played and also run - forum play-by-post, live-chat typing sessions, in-person tabletop dice-rolling, voice and video sessions and tourist-themed games. As far as theme and styling and tone - I usually enjoy lighter games, with darker discoveries and undertones, I'm mostly influenced by the Fable and Baldur's Gate series. Because of my full-time work and so I can affort to spend time elsewhere with other loved-ones, I can only ever confirm for one-shot, one-time events. My lifestyle doesn't support ongoing campaigns, though I am very supportive and envious of those who do get to enjoy long-form! As a player, I don't mind what system we play, who we're with or what character I play, I can usually come up with something. I usually like to fill and round out a party composition. The joy of the play is the most important thing, and it's important to keep practicing, stretching and improving! As a DM, I mostly very much enjoy introducing the game to newer players. There are a lot of very experienced gamers out there with the opportunity and community in order to play, but I tend to find that there are many many people out there who would love to try D&D because of their favorite shows (Stranger Things and Critical Role, especially), but don't know who to turn to or where to start: Sometimes, it's just nice to be given a good start and a good introduction into the hobby, and to be guided through the sometimes intimidating Player's Handbook! Hey! I've been playing TTRPGs since 2018 with some DMing experience. Over the years, I tried many different systems, like Warhammer Fantasy RPG, Shadow of the Demon Lord, Pathfinder 1e, Dragonbane, Mutant: Year Zero, and some others. But, DnD 5e has been my "comfort" system and I do currently prefer playing it. I'm a player focused on roleplay and character development first and foremost. Character creation in itself is one of my favorite parts of the game, and seeing the backstory I came up with coming back to bite me throughout the game is very fulfilling. But I also enjoy some combat (if I have a sword/spell, why not use it from time to time, right?).

Hello, nice to meet you! I've been casually on the tertiary of the TTRPG hobby for the better part of 16 years and I'd like to get out there and actually play some more games. The systems listed on my post are all systems I have at least a passing familiarity with but I'm also super open to playing on systems not listed including homebrewed ones and custom systems. Socially as a player, I am not one who chases the spotlight but can be a bit of an instigator especially if the rest of my party is lost for direction. I've been playing TRPGs for 12 years, and running them for nearly as long. I'm very agreeable, generally try to keep things harmonious within the group. As for preferred playstyle, I love roleplay and exploration, but I get antsy if I go more than a few sessions without any significant action scenes. I work first shift, Monday-Friday, so I prefer weekend games. I'm ok with 18+ content, except for anything sexual. Sex is very much a "veil" for me, and sexual assault is a line. I also don't like religion-bashing (thoughtful themes and discussion are ok though).

I am 26 I've been wanted to get into dnd since I was 14 but I never really had people doing it around me and I lived in a small secluded town. But it's never too late so I'm ready to really start getting into it, I have a ton of learning to do but I'm a very quick learner and I am able to get into character pretty well.

Hi, I'm Daniel, in my 30s. I wouldn't describe myself as a min-maxer. I do like to build well-rounded, good-functioning characters, but if my character's story calls for it, I will take incredibly bad character options and roll with it. I love playing anything that can do magical, extraordinary stuff. I also like big swords. Combat is fun, but I also enjoy the chance of some roleplay when it comes along naturally. I am less of a fan of forced social interactions. I have been doing online chat RPG in the Star Trek world for over 20 years. In TTRPGs, I've been active for more than 10 years, playing mostly Pathfinder 1e and now Pathfinder 2e after a brief stint with D&D 5. On the side, I've tried Starfinder 1 and some oddball systems as one-shots (Numenera, Shadowrun, Call of Cthulhu, Traveller, etc.). I have also GM'd a few campaigns in both Pathfinder editions. On weekdays, I can do some evenings, but I have to get up early in the morning for my job. On the weekends, most times will be possible, if they're not in the middle of the (European) night. I love the complexity of the world of The Wheel of Time, and almost any emotion can be explained in a Captain Picard meme.

In terms of overral pathfinder experience, I played in one normal pathfinder game, one game using mythical power, and one using pathfinder spheres of power. So I can play any game of pathfinder using those, I am mostly interrest in using spheres of power, but its not mandatory; I can play without it. I've been playing D&D off and on since I was 8 either with my dad or my friends in highschool. Most of my experience is with 5e and I've been playing 5.5 pretty regularly since it came out but honestly I'm pretty tired of it, it just doesn't give me what I want out of a ttrpg. Currently I'm most interested in Pathfinder 2E after reading through the books but I'm also down to play 1E. I've never actually GM'd but if I can't find a group I would love to give it a shot with PF2E. When it comes to wargames I'm a complete newbie, other than what I'm currently doing which is painting minis and terrain hoping I can find some people to play with. I'm mostly interested in Frostgrave since I already have minis I can use for that but Infinity looks like something I'd really enjoy. And of course board games, I have a weekly group I go to but I'm always looking for more people to play with, especially Gloomhaven (check my posts) But I'll play just about any board game.

I have played or run games in main stream systems like D&D, World for Darkness, Pathfinder, GURPS, FATE, Rifts, etc; smaller independent titles: Star Trek Adventures, Marvel Heroic RPG, My Little Pony Friendship is Magic, etc. As well as playtested brand new games. Friendly: I work with all ages, experience levels, and interests. My goal is to be as entertaining as possible. Flexible: Player driven stories, you determine what is important and I will make sure the world keeps up. Safe: I can handle everything from Rated G to Rated NC-17, although my games tend to be in the PG-13 to R spectrum. Think of what typical Hollywood movies provide. What I can bring to the table: Interesting and unique characters, very active in the game I like interacting with things whether it be other players or NPC's, a team player I know how to share the spotlight, pretty good at improvisation, very good at staying in character, hilarious jokes when the time is right for it of course, willingness to learn new systems and lore, willingness to make new friends, and lots of free time to play. Always looking to add a game where I can fit it into my schedule either after work or on my days off. As you may have guessed, Imost enjoy character and narrative driven games where the story and lore matter, as do player/character choices. I am a massive fan of fleshing out my character, as well as others, in RP both trivial and important to the narrative, anything to immerse us further in the story and world. I also enjoy combat, and am a firm believer thatRP doesn't have to end when initiative is rolled. I enjoy flavoring my attacks,chanting my verbal componants, and digging into how my hero reacts to the action! I am a huge fan of the Legend of Drizzt books and have been steadily working my way through the series. I also enjoy the Percy Jackson books, I've begun The Stormlight Archives! I am a big fan of World of Warcraft, Dragon Age Origins, Baldur's Gate 3, the Pathfinder CRPGs, and many more games in similar veins.

Hoping for those with patience as I learn a new system & its rules. I have D&D games Monday/Wednesday nights & Tuesday nights. As such, I’d like to do something on Fridays or Saturdays to spread them out a bit throughout the week, but also open to Thursday. Sunday is a hard no due to other commitments. I’m comfortable with Foundry & regularly use Discord. I also have several sets of dice - too many, really 😅 - so if we don't use a VTT, I should be set there. Hello everyone! My name is Mark and it is nice to meet you! I have been playing tabletop games for over 12 years now and I'm the Forever GM for my group of friends! I have run a number of systems, including D&D 3.5e, D&D 5e, PF1e, Savage Worlds, FATE, and even some smaller tabletop systems--including some I have made myself! As a result, I'm always happy to learn a new system, and I'm able to commit it to memory as well. I am primarily a story-focused GM, and I love being able to sink my teeth into a setting and learn all about it both IC and OOC. I take intricate notes in-character and like to keep track of how things are going. Lore and storytelling are the greatest rewards, not magical loot! I am also a very easygoing and laid-back player. As a GM, I am also willing to help other players learn the system/game if I can, and I am more than happy to play a background role to let others do their thing. I am also comfortable taking the lead, but I believe communication is key whether you are a GM or a player. As a result, I will always hash things out ahead of time instead of doing anything rash! I love TTRPGs. Fantasy or Sci-Fi, campy or serious, investigative or hack-n-slash. I'm in my mid-fifties, roled my first dice in the 70's, and have been engaged in gaming on and off since. I have run stories and campaigns, but I don't have the time to plan and organize for a group right now. Being a white middle-aged male, he/him is fine, I am aware of the baggage that comes with that and am on a life adventure to find acceptance for me through accepting others for their identities and histories. I have played Advanced DnD, 2nd, 3rd, 3.5 and 5th edition, along with supplementals from other publishers for DnD like Fantasy Flight. I have played Rifts, Shadowrun, Cyberpunk, Vampire the Masquerade, Pathfinder 1e, Star Wars (multiple versions), Starfinder, and I'm sure I'ver forgotten some games over the years. I'm hoping to find a group, or groups, to join in some adventuring. I suppose a short campaign is a good place to start, if the group is solid and works well then committing to something longer seems like a natural progession.
