Player Experience I am still somewhat of a beginner at DnD, but I have played a few games, so I get most of the basics. Availability Almost any day of the week from 6 AM - 3 PM (GMT-5/CDT) Game Style Pretty flexible about playstyle and more than open to playing whatever the party needs, though the classes I have the most experience in are Barbarian and Druid. Open to most settings and campaigns whether they be more casual or 18+ though I would absolutely love to do a more gothic horror campaign like one around "Guide to the Eldritch Hunt" especially if it includes the "Bloodborne Monster Manual" As someone directly added the enemies from bloodborne to DnD which is what "Guide to the Eldritch Hunt" is based off of.

Hi,  I've been a long term roleplayer since the 1980's (yep im old!). No played face to face for about 5-10 yrs. I knew early that I can't GM to save my life, however many times I tried. It was just no fun all round. I have played many various types of TTRPG's over my 40yrs of playing RPGs, from D&D to Cyberpunk 2020, GURPS & Judge Dredd.  I enjoy light-hearted gaming, as making character based decisions & not being the magnificent unbeatablle hero is the most fun for me. I do play more serious games & campaigns. But  tense horror is my least favourite. I AM NEW TO ONLINE TTRPG. This is where I feel the newbie patience may be required. I know the basics of MS Teams. I'm looking for moslty RP focused games with a fair bit of Combat.  I enjoy dark fantasy settings, Lovecraftian Horror, Gothic Mysteries, Traditional Fantasy, as well as Cyberpunk and other similair settings, as long as its slighlty dark and gritty you definitely have my attention. Hi! I am a very experienced player/GM that's been in the TTRPG scene for 12 years now, going through a number of systems and always learning more.  I have a heavy focus on the role playing part of the game that still enjoys combat, especially trying to make silly or gimmicky combat styles work. I prefer a more serious tone of game with jokes made by the players rather than everything being a joke from the outset, but I do love having a few good laughs a session (without going too off track).  I've both DM'd and played for most of the games listed in my experience and most of then for more than a year apiece, but I'm always willing to learn more and generally prefer a rullings over rules approach that lets players and GMs be a bit more out of the box with their thinking and improv-ing

My name is Tim, and I'm looking to try out Pathfinder 2e and Starfinder 2e. I'm a fairly experienced player of D&D 5/5.5e, and still enjoy those systems. I absolutely love love playing caster characters and will usually play one. I prefer roleplay-focused games, especially one witha strong narrative and exploration. I like combat, too. Just not as much. For PF2e/SF2e, I have fully read the rule books and want to get a feel for the system. Hey there!  I'm still fairly new to TTRPGs - I have been playing DnD 5e for about 2 years now and would love to join a (bi-) weekly group - preferably on the weekends.  I do enjoy battles and exploration - but I really enjoy the roleplaying aspect, even though I still feel like an awkward introvert sometimes and need a sec for my brain to catch up and think of an answer or reaction. But discovering what makes a character tick, seeing what bonds form between party members, how they react to the world and shape it in turn - for the better or worse - that's the good stuff!   I like a broad spectrum of fantasy genres - be it ghibli-esque charme, sword and sorcery, gothic horror or dark fantasy, or whatever else may strike my fancy. But I am rather fond of morally complex worlds where not everything might turn out 'good' - where not every victory feels heroic, where things are seldom pure 'good' or 'bad' and where the choices the characters make, or don't make, have consequences further down the line. Also: English isn't my first language, but (I think) I am fairly proficient in it, even though the talking bit might be a tad rusty from lack of use - but what better way to brush up on this skill than playing make-believe and having fun bashing bosses and planning plots?

Greetings, traveler. I am a 43-year grognard looking for a weekly or bi-weekly group on Wednesdays [available from 6PM to 10PM (EST)]. I've DM'd and GM'd a vast number of TRPGs over the years. Though I prefer to GM, I also enjoy short campaigns (4 to 8 sessions) as a player.  I enjoy one-shots, play tests, and demos. I prefer roleplay opportunities and cinematic combat (not a big fan of tactical battles). 34yo neurodivergent queerio relocating from OH to Pioneer Valley, looking to join some games and maybe poke my nose into the online play a bit. UTC -4 timezone, work every 4th weekend. - Enjoy Homebrew settings/items, 50/50 on Homebrew everything else. - Story-driven DM who tries to run strategic combat (thank you, The Monsters Know What They're Doing, that book upped my game so much) - Rule of Cool follower; RAW until what you want to do sounds so incredible I (as the DM) just cannot say no - Role-focused player; I roleplay my chosen character vigorously, with in- and -out of character commentary. I try to do voices and even posture/gestures, where possible. I have always played in person, and as (what feels like being) a forever DM I would really love to dip my toes back into playing as an actual PC for once, instead of every NPC and animal my players come across.  There are only so many times you can voice a cat called Thunderbeast 9000 or a horse named Neighlor Swift before you feel your soul depart your body.

Hi i am a 26 year old male who has been interested in playing D&D for a while now but none of my friends are interested so I havent had the opportunity yet. I also have some interest in warhammer 40k but know significantly less about that. Im completely new to both in terms of actual playing but understand some D&D rules due to watching others play to scratch the itch. About Me Hey! I’m a long-time D&D fan finally looking to jump into actually playing. I got into Dungeons & Dragons pre-COVID and have been hooked ever since through shows like *Gravity Falls*, *Stranger Things*, the D&D movie, and series like *Running Min-Maxed*. I can do Tuesday and Wednesday evenings pretty regularly and I am very reliable when it comes to game commiments. I enjoy player drive narratives, a balanced mix of combat and roleplay (system dependent), and the rule of the narraritve and cool over being chained by rules. [LGBTQIA+ Friendly]- ~System~: VTM V5, that's the only one I know how to play, but I'd try V20. Just would need to learn the rules and such. Hello there! My name is Blaze, I'm a 27 y/o transfem, and I've recently decided to dive into learning about World of Darkness and giving it a shot. I've currently bought the core books for Vampire, Werewolf, and Hunter (all 5e) and am down for learning and playing those, or trying out the 20th anniversary games (though I'd need some way of accessing the rules for those). I'm available on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays from 8am to 12pm PST (sometimes available late at night depending on my work schedule). I'd love to find a group to explore the world of gothic punk horror with!  I like strong and engaging roleplay, with plenty of opportunities to explore my and others' characters, though I also enjoy a good combat. I can be a bit shy with new groups, but if the group is willing to welcome me in, I usually open up pretty fast. I'm still learning about WoD, but if I were to give some thought about character types I might wanna play (I've only skimmed the rulebooks so far): Vampire: Brujah, Tzimice, Nosferatu, or maybe Ventrue Werewolf: Bone Gnawer, Black Fury, Ghost Council, Hart Warden, or Silent Strider Hunter: Inquisitive, Faithful, or Underground Mage: Dunno much, but I'd probably lean towards a Traditions character, though Technocracy could be fun too The rest: I don't know enough about player options in the other games.

Hello! My name is Jamie, I have been playing 5e (2014/2024) for a little over two years and am currently looking for a weekly group for evenings (GMT). The best days for me are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. I would like to think I am very reliable and would be able to commit to showing up on time to sessions for as long as our campaign runs for outside of life getting in the way. I am a huge fan of Character creation and development, everything including the core mechanical side, their history, motivation, behaviour, all the way up to the flavour of their actions inside and out of combat. I also find myself deeply immersed in worlds and stories, the more depth the better. In terms of tone or the focus of the campaign I am also happy with almost anything! A light and goofy world hopping adventure or a dark and serious political conflict, and anything around or in between, as long as there is opportunity to learn about the world and our characters' places in it I'm a huge fan. As for systems again I am most comfortable and experienced with the 5e systems and would slightly lean towards the 2024 edition, I would however be very happy to try out any system new to me as learning new mechanics is also very fun for me.

Greetings adventurers! I'm Dan, I'm a ttrpg player and game master looking for more opportunities to enjoy stories with good folks!  My main focus in any game (as either gm or player) is the collaborative storytelling experience. It's the single most important part of the experience to me. To that end, I find that the details of that experience changes depending on the system that is being used. If combat is a core part of that system (like in dnd) I expect there to be some combat.  Right now I am most interested in heroic fantasy stories and gravitate towards games and systems in that genre (Daggerheart, DnD, PF2E, etc) but I am open minded and in general interested in branching out to new systems.  As a father of 3 and a husband, my hard lines are no sexual violence and no violence to children. I am also not interested in my character being involved in romance with either pcs or npcs.  I look forward to sharing many adventures and making new friends!
