SEEKING A GAME AROUND 4-6PM MY TIME (Fridays and/or Sundays) Hi, my name is Exi and I'm a GM of 10+ years, who now finds himslef with an open slot on Fridays and/or Sundays and would like to fill it either by GMing a game (only for a full group tho - I had enough searching for new players for now) or playing. If I'm to GM, I'll be running a game of DnD with a 5.19 ruleset and books, all of which I have and access will be provided. When it comes to playing I have no problem with trying something new, but I've played only DnD (many editions), Cyberpunk RED and KULT: Divinity Lost, but I think of myself as a rather quick learner. Hi, I'm James from the UK. I've been playing and GMing tabletop RPGs for a long time, and I enjoy trying different systems rather than sticking with one game. As you can probably tell from my system list, my tastes are pretty broad! I've played or run everything from Savage Worlds and Dragonbane to Alien, The One Ring, Star Wars, PbtA games, Blades in the Dark and plenty of others. I'm especially interested in Outgunned right now. I enjoy games where the players actually roleplay with each other rather than everything going through the GM. I like character interaction, collaborative storytelling and giving everyone their chance in the spotlight. Combat is great too, especially when it's exciting and has some narrative weight behind it. As a GM, I'm not interested in trying to beat the players. I want to give them situations to interact with, see what they come up with and make their characters look cool while still giving them meaningful challenges. As a player, I bring the same attitude: work with the group, support other people's moments, and help move things forward. I'm UK-based and mainly play online using Foundry VTT and Discord. My availability varies depending on the game, but I'm generally looking for UK/European evening times. I'm also happy playing with people who are completely new to a system. Hey, I'm Carn. I have about 6 years of TTRPG experience on both sides of the table across a small handful of systems. My schedule is fairly free currently, so I'm not especially picky about timeframe or game frequency. I tend to enjoy creating characters tied to already existing structures within the world in order to both work with the DM to flesh out a central region or organization of the campaign and anchor that character to a set of themes and locales that will likely be relevant to the campaign. I'm bigger on roleplay than combat, though I have no qualms with combat. I have no problem with character death so long as it is established as a possible threat from the getgo.

I'm a 21yo artist and ex-theatre kid who is also a nerd! not a shocking combo I know, but this is relevant to the fact that I am a roleplay, story and heavy envestment type player and DM. I have been playing 5e and 5.5e for about two years now both as a player and while in the DM's chair; a role I love, but I would also like to see the other side of the screen sometimes... that's why I'm hoping to find a group! People I can DM for if wanted, but where I can also get to play my own blorbos at times. My primary skills in improv and character writing are what I think stands out about me personally-- I may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but you can rely on me to fill sliences and start in-character conversations. oh yeah I also draw a bit so letting me into your group may have the side effect of getting silly moments from sessions drawn lol. I'm looking for a roleplay centered group. I'm pretty flexible in terms of game themes, though you may have to sell me on certain genres of horror. You've heard it before: eternal DM wants to finally get a chance to be a player and has a million and one character ideas up their sleeve to do so. I love 5e (2014 and 2024 versions are both fine) and have been itching to get back into it now that I've managed to get some more free-time in my schedule. I've been playing D&D for around 5 years, although I've only ever played with my IRL friends. Unfortunately, everyone's schedules have gotten busier, so I'm finally making an effort to find a new group because I really miss playing! I've been cursed with the "Forever DM" curse! 😂 I've spent a lot of time DMing and I genuinely love it, but I've been craving the chance to actually be a player for once D&D is the religion i was raised on, but my personal favorite system is actually Marvel Multiverse RPG. I'm generally happy to try different TTRPG systems, though, I love Daggerheart, Fate and Vieja Escuela I'll play on Discord voice chat. I've been playing D&D since my childhood in the early 80's and try my best to re-engage the board game/improv troupe I associate with the best expressions of role playing games. I like voice acting, playing in-character and making sessions a mix of gameplay, making friends and holding spance to let their imaginations run free with safety and advocacy. Though playing has crawled out of my comfort zone, I'd like to try playing more! As both a DM and player I like fostering character roleplay, especially creating *interesting dynamics* between PCs and elevating the energy of the RP. I am also a mad theorizer, so if your campaigns include mysteries or investigations, prepare for thousands of wildly inaccurate theories. Hi! All told, I only have about a year of experience playing and GMing, and it's been a looong time, so I'm sure I'm quite rusty. My time zone is CST and my schedule is open. I have no strong preferences when it comes to frequency of sessions, system, or setting. Back when my friends and I actively played, I mostly GMed, using DnD 3.0/3.5, with a little Spycraft on the side. Even though that was years ago, I've never stopped thinking about RPGs, listening to actual play podcasts like The Adventure Zone and Acquisitions, Inc., reading random supplements and forum posts, and playing video games based on tabletop systems/adventures. I love backstory, lore, and worldbuilding and enjoy combat and dungeoncrawling, too. I remember my very first RPG session, when I was a kid, immediately opened my eyes to the creativity and improvisation that the format allows. All I'd done in our first battle was ready my weapon and lightly wound an unlucky bandit... while the far more experienced players of the group spent their first few turns positioning themselves technically, slinging buffs and debuffs, and throwing a tarp over the intimidating-as-hell bandit leader and then setting it ablaze with a torch. I was astounded; I knew I had to have more. The Discworld and Hitchhiker's Guide series of books are dear to me, though I'm down for nearly any fantastical story and setting (much like Pratchett and Adams themselves). Potentially relevant-to-tabletop video game series I've enjoyed are The Witcher, Knights of the Old Republic, Fallout, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Elder Scrolls, Divinity, Baldur's Gate, Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft, Legend of Grimrock, and many more. I like to let other players choose their specializations first, so I can try to fill any gaps we have, then build the character's background and motivation from there. That way, everyone who really wants to play a specific role is happy and the group as a whole is well-rounded. Plus, it's just fun to mix things up from game to game, so I've never really had a favorite class, though I do enjoy playing support (gotta have a healer/medic!). If you have the patience to help me shake off the rust and adapt to your setting and system, I'll do as much or as little reading, roleplaying, and rolling as you need. Ugh, this is really starting to sound like a sales pitch, ha ha... sorry. I'll finish by simply saying that I'm excited to meet you and see what adventures you've got brewing!

forever DM. available: GMT-3 18h-22h Monday to Friday. I've been playing D&D 5e since 2016. I started as a player for 2 weeks, and then became a DM on a whim, forever DM until today. Pathfinder 2E, and Tormenta 20. Both systems are hard to grasp even after sessions of experience, so I prefer not to go with those. Daggerheart is another I got into recently, I'm down to DM for it as well. It looks fun. I'm also fully willing to learn an entirely new system if needed.

I got into the hobby about ten years ago as a way to release some creative energy while studying. I found myself immediately as my friends' forever DM and have not looked back since ! I have taught the majority of my players how to play D&D and have always had good experiences with new players. Most of my experience comes from D&D 5E, but I have been slowly getting into Daggerheart lately. First and foremost, I DM by the rule of cool. Everyone is here to have a good time, and I try to enable this whenever possible. Besides that, my DM style revolves (especially for campaigns) heavily around involving the player characters in the story. I try to find balanced games where exploration, combat, and social interactions naturally intertwine. My main focus in any game (as either gm or player) is the collaborative storytelling experience. It's the single most important part of the experience to me. To that end, I find that the details of that experience changes depending on the system that is being used. If combat is a core part of that system (like in dnd) I expect there to be some combat. Right now I am most interested in heroic fantasy stories and gravitate towards games and systems in that genre (Daggerheart, DnD, PF2E, etc) but I am open minded and in general interested in branching out to new systems. As a father of 3 and a husband, my hard lines are no sexual violence and no violence to children. I am also not interested in my character being involved in romance with either pcs or npcs. I look forward to sharing many adventures and making new friends!

I have been a TTRPG player and a legend-master for over 12 years. A big thing I have enjoyed over the years is getting to know the communities based around many different systems and settings in the entire community. It brings me joy to watch players work together to overcome challenges, both self inflicted and ones that I create. As a Legend Master, I tend to lean to "yes let's put a roll to it" kind of attitude. I love to see creativity and will stretch the RAW a little for "rule of cool". I do like to keep things moving but will slow down pace to help new people learn the system. I do not play against my players, but with them. I do not care for the DM vs the players. The biggest thing I like to see at my table is others enjoying the TTRPG world.
