[Online] [DCC] [time and date flexible] The Road T
I’m looking for players for a Dungeon Crawl Classics campaign called The Road Tithe.
This is an 8-session dark fantasy campaign about a missing shipment, a buried conspiracy, a hidden underground city, and a race to stop a second genocide before thousands of people are wiped out.
The campaign starts with a straightforward road escort job between Thornwall and Greyfen. Then the ground opens beneath you.
Half the party is taken below the road into *, a secret civilization descended from people the crown tried to * 150 years ago. The other half is left on the surface with a * wagon, scattered clues, and the growing realization that the * are part of something much larger. Both sides investigate from above and below until the truth comes into focus: *, a plan to * and erase the * good.

This game is a good fit if you enjoy investigation, meaningful choices, tactical combat, character growth, and a serious story with room for desperate heroics.
A note on structure: the party does split early, but that’s intentional and central to the campaign. Both groups stay active, both matter, and both uncover different pieces of the truth.
