Hey I am, Fynn! I’ve been looking into D&D for a while now, but I’ve never actually played before, and I’d really like to change that! I’m based in Germany (GMT+2) and I’m looking for a beginner-friendly group that gets together regularly in the evenings for a few hours. Ideally, I’d love to join a longer-running campaign rather than just a one-shot. I’d be interested in playing with a VTT such as Foundry, especially since I like the idea of having maps for exploration and combat, although I don’t have any experience with Foundry or other VTTs yet. That said, I’m definitely open to other ways of playing as well and don’t consider Foundry a requirement. I’m mainly looking for a friendly and patient group that’s okay with having a completely new player at the table. I’m happy to learn the rules, and I’m excited to get into the roleplaying side of the game as well. One other thing that’s worth mentioning: I’m trans. I don’t want to make a big deal out of it and it doesn’t need to be a topic at the table, but I’d like to find a group that’s LGBTQ+ friendly and generally accepting. Basically, as long as everyone’s chill and respectful, we’re good!
