Players For "The Master's Ascension" Campaign PF1e

Hey peoples, I’m looking for a few more players for my Pathfinder group. If you don’t know Pathfinder is an alternate system to Dungeons and Dragons that was released between DnD 3.5 and 4th edition. It’s a competitor to DnD as a whole. It has a lot more number than 5e but has more mechanical and creative freedom. I have 3 players at this time and I’m looking for 3 more. I’m trying to get a healthy mix of people from different backgrounds to keep the roleplay interesting. Ideally I would like men, women, and any in between as well, as people closer to my age so people anywhere from 21-29. This isn’t just for playing DnD this meant to also form long term friendships as well. I am open to new and experienced players, the big thing is being open minded and respectful towards other people and players, it is a game at the end of the day as we are all just trying to have some fun. The first couple of sessions will be at emerald tavern in central Austin but then afterwards I would be hosting at my place in SouthWest Austin so if that’s too far of a drive for once every other week, I get it, but it’s cheaper to host at my place than rent a table every couple of weeks. Players will not need to provide anything, I have maps, pencils, markers, books, character sheets, and dice. The only thing you will need is to be able to make one session every other Friday for a few hours. Also I have a Husky so if animal allergies are a thing you may not want to reach out either. LTo be clear, this is not meant to be discriminatory in any way, and this not meant to be a dating thing either. So please don’t treat it that way. Hello, My Pathfinder 1E group is looking for a player to join us for the Iron Gods adventure path. We just started Book 2 so there's still plenty of adventure path left for new players. The AP focuses more on exploration and combat (more of a dungeon crawl), though there are opportunities for roleplaying as well. Our schedule is set for Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5-9 PM US EST time. You MUST be available on both days, as we use one as a backup day in case we can't play on the other. Here's what we're searching for in a player: ⦁ Someone who understands the basics of Pathfinder 1E - movement, combat options, action economy, for example. ⦁ Tying into the above, someone who pays attention during combat and executes their turn quickly. In tough situations taking extra time is understandable. ⦁ Someone who understands how to use the Pathfinder Community Sheet. ⦁ No rules-lawyers or munchkins. ⦁ Someone who will work with the group and is looking for cooperative gameplay. ⦁ An individual who takes initiative between sessions to discuss options and plans with the party, as well as advancing personal goals with the GM. Character creation rules: ⦁ 25 point buy (minimum of 7, maximum of 20 in a stat after racial modifiers) ⦁ 2 traits (1 must be a campaign trait from Iron Gods), no drawbacks ⦁ No characters that rely on controlling multiple units (spam summoners, animal companion shenanigans, familiar transformations and archetypes) ⦁ Start at Level 5 with WBL-1. ⦁ Max HP for the first 3 levels; Roll 2HDkh1 in roll20 for subsequent levels past 3rd. Hello! Me and a friend had an idea to have a game where the entire party is true dragons, ganging up together for a specific reason or just neighbors who have territories next to each other. Rules for how we make true dragon characters can be discussed with the potential GM, though I do own the Dreamscarred Press Monster Class for Dragons, and have had true dragon PC's in my games before using the play as a monster rules. The idea is to really get to enjoy and play into the fantasy of being a dragon in a fantasy setting, be it Golarion or a homebrew world, and interacting with it from a different perspective than normal, and to hopefully feel like a epic dragon! As such in that regard, we’re looking for a GM to make this game come true. We are two, so if a DM is interested in a smaller group, or more as I have no issue with recruiting as many as you'd like!
