🩸Brussels is the capital of Europe. To the mortals, it’s a surreal maze. To the Kindred, it’s a gilded cage. The year is 2016. Prince Vermeulen has wiped the court floor clean to make room for a fresh generation of neonates. Meanwhile, from their sheltered university campus, the Anarchs are gambling with their long running truce. You arrive in the City with a target on your back, drafted into a game you don’t yet understand. Here, the Masquerade is paramount and your allegiance is your only shield, for beyond the polished cobblestones of the city center darker mysteries lie in wait. Your word carries weight: every alliance has a price, and every secret is a weapon. Your actions will test your Humanity and shape the City. Your failures will shape your execution. How long will you navigate the avenues of power? Will you rise in the City of Wastrels or vanish from records and memories? Brussels is watching, and Brussels remembers. - Ruleset: Vampire: The Masquerade 5th edition. - Mature audience, adults only. - Beginners welcome, LGBTQ+ and kink friendly. - Choice of online sessions or Play by Post. - Membership starts at 7.99 EUR/month More information via ko-fi: https://ko-fi.com/hiddenson/tiers

Welcome to Vancouver by night! In this play-by-post one-on-one roleplay you will take on the role of a regular inhabitant or visitor of the city who unknowingly draws the eye of a vampire. The story starts just before your character is embraced and we will explore how they find their place in the world of darkness. And, of course, see how they may rise or fall. There are many things going on in the city, and your character will have a definite impact on them. And in the longer run, they will be able to shape events. Naturally, there will be plenty of NPCs, some of whom will also have to be partially designed by you. Or at least, have a basic concept given. After all, if there for instance is a spouse or parent, you should have a say about who they are. As a play by post game, my goal as a storyteller is to post at least once per day in a way that moves the story and character forward in some way. We will reserve rolls for the most relevant bits to keep things moving. The core of this game will be character development and really exploring the world of darkness. Action will be a less important element and will be reserved for crucial dramatic moments. After all, what is a mere neonate to do against the power of the elders? This game is open to everyone, from someone who has never played a game before to someone who knows the whole metaplot by heart. I can however say that the focus will be local and on the main character and their relations with the rest of the world. In a vampire game, there can definitely be darker themes and we will discuss beforehand what works for both of us.
