Pathfinder 1e AP

2hr sessions every Friday 9pm UK / 10pm France / 4pm East Coast US. (Make no mistake, we pack a lot into the short run time and get straight down to business at game time). This is an invitation to join an established group of 3 players who take turns with the GM role. We are currently playing Pathfinder 1E but we have played other systems, and possibly will play more in the future. Right now, you'd be jumping into an adventure at level 6 tracking down a missing wizard in an abandoned part of the city. In this campaign story is the main driver, not combat, although both aspects are represented. I want to know what you hope to get out of the game. What are your favourite parts of playing?

Hey peoples, I’m looking for a few more players for my Pathfinder group. If you don’t know Pathfinder is an alternate system to Dungeons and Dragons that was released between DnD 3.5 and 4th edition. It’s a competitor to DnD as a whole. It has a lot more number than 5e but has more mechanical and creative freedom. I have 3 players at this time and I’m looking for 3 more. I’m trying to get a healthy mix of people from different backgrounds to keep the roleplay interesting. Ideally I would like men, women, and any in between as well, as people closer to my age so people anywhere from 21-29. This isn’t just for playing DnD this meant to also form long term friendships as well. I am open to new and experienced players, the big thing is being open minded and respectful towards other people and players, it is a game at the end of the day as we are all just trying to have some fun. The first couple of sessions will be at emerald tavern in central Austin but then afterwards I would be hosting at my place in SouthWest Austin so if that’s too far of a drive for once every other week, I get it, but it’s cheaper to host at my place than rent a table every couple of weeks. Players will not need to provide anything, I have maps, pencils, markers, books, character sheets, and dice. The only thing you will need is to be able to make one session every other Friday for a few hours. Also I have a Husky so if animal allergies are a thing you may not want to reach out either. LTo be clear, this is not meant to be discriminatory in any way, and this not meant to be a dating thing either. So please don’t treat it that way. We are an old school group. Were doing ftf, but started online of late with players getting spread out. Currently play every other Sunday 10-2 CST but are somewhat flexible. Looking for up to three new players. I use mostly Core with APG, UM, UC, UCG, UE, about two thirds of the Golarion splats and a few others that I own. General rule is if I own it I will consider it as a source. I have Herolab and try and put all characters in it. I have most of the older sources.  I do not use Unchained. We tried it, didn't like it as a group. And yes you can play a decent rogue without it:) I and my wife can anyway. She often is the rogue of the group. I am currently running the Blight by Frog God Games. It is sort of Steampunk without steampunk items if that makes any sense. The setting is there, but the items are magic, undead or alchemical. It is largely a city based setting. A city of 3 million people but there will be some wilderness and dungeon subplots. Everyone is currently 2nd level with little as far as equipment.
