Kirjeldus

The Azure Crown Tournament is the most prestigious and dangerous contest in all of Greyhawk, but before your party can even earn a place in the tournament, you'll need to make a name for yourselves. Explore the continent, delve into dungeons, take on dangerous contracts. Make allies and enemies. Build a reputation across Greyhawk and, eventually, prove that your party deserves to stand among the greatest adventurers in the realm. I'm currently putting together a brand-new group for a weekly, long-term D&D campaign, and I'm looking for up to 6 players. The Game • D&D 2024 / 5.5e • Weekly Thursdays • 7:00 PM AEST • ~3 hour sessions • Roll20 + Discord + D&D Beyond • $19.50 USD per session through StartPlaying • Session 0 is completely free • Beginner friendly • 18+ What to Expect This is a roleplay-heavy campaign set across Greyhawk, with plenty of exploration, mystery and combat along the way. I put a big emphasis on making your characters feel like they're actually part of the world. Your backstories, decisions, allies, enemies and ridiculous plans can all have lasting consequences. You can expect: • Character-driven storytelling and backstory integration • A world that reacts to your choices • Plenty of NPCs to befriend, antagonise, romance or accidentally ruin the lives of • Dynamic combat encounters rather than endless empty-room slugfests • High-quality maps, dynamic lighting, ambient music and other Roll20 goodies • A healthy dose of Rule of Cool • A welcoming table for both experienced and completely new players About Me Hey! I'm Cam. I've been playing D&D for around 5 years and DMing for about 3. Outside of running games, I make D&D videos as Rogue's Roll Call, so there's a chance you've seen one of my dumb D&D videos floating around TikTok, Instagram or YouTube. I've recently started running professional games through StartPlaying, where I currently have a full ongoing table playing this campaign. I'm now opening a new Thursday group for players who want to begin the adventure from the start. Session 0 is free, so you'll have a chance to create characters together and make sure the table feels right before paying for anything. Will your party become worthy of the Azure Crown? Moth to a Flame — A D&D Campaign The first act of The Tales of Acaridian Wrath has ruptured amongst an elder reality, destroying everything and bleeding its corruption into ours. Acaridian is a simple world of fantasy but not at the mercy of its own chaos. We are set in the desert of Anibuah, a land of dune and scorching rays of heat and herds of vicious monsters, the land is threatened by orcs and elementals as the dragons slumber begins to break from chains beneath, a titan that must remain sealed and now our party is here in search for a lost relic, one which may prevent the titan from awakening, but first they must find the hall of judgement, where the elder god Judge had imprisoned Diablo the dragon titan of ages.. Moth to a Flame focuses heavily on: Exploration with rich worldbuilding, deep lore, high fantasy, cosmic horror and meaningful character progression. Evolving combats and boss encounters, as well as cosmic wonders and chances, the bigger the parties influence, the stronger the enemies. This campaign has a unique Homebrew Rune System, using charts to grant creatures runes based on words forming their own unique element with its own rarity and authority over other rune power. Runes is a massive concept for the Acaridian Series and is a great way to explore creativity. I use homebrew feats to impliment abilities and google docs for stats, its simple but it can be a little overwhelming at first, but trust me once your in the flow, its amazing. Important notes: We are LGBTQ+ friendly but we aren't sensitive friendly, if your not a fan of loudness, dark humor, etc, then i do not suggest you join our group Age span would prefer between 18-30 years old I would prefer all members to have a somewhat flexible time, for if we ever decide to extend our sessions longer or need to change our sessions times And lastly, be able to operate dnd beyond, owlbear rodeo, and talk in call on discord The Session Times: AEST UTC+10 Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-1:30pm In CST time i believe thats 6:30pm-10:30pm on Fridays and Saturdays Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post! have a great day adventurer.

M Corp. Residing in District 13 of the City, and the pinnacle of mental and psychological care. Nowhere else will you find psychologists and therapists more qualified. Whether you're suffering from run-of-the-mill struggles, serious mental health conditions, or something more esoteric, you will find no better treatment than within one of M Corp's mental care institutions. …If you're well off, that is. The Backstreet slums of District 13, as is typical for all districts, doesn't get to taste the fruits of its parent corp's labour. Mental health services in the Backstreets are underfunded, neglected, and ineffective for dealing with the City's ails—with one exception. Moonsetter Clinic, founded by an ex-researcher of M Corp, seeks to bring the cutting edge of mental care to the people who most need it. Since its establishment three months ago, it has become a venerated, almost sacred institution to the Backstreets residents. Dozens of people each day walk into the complex, and walk out changed for the better. Even some of the Five Fingers have taken notice, and gone as far as to enforce it as neutral ground exempt from their bloody turf wars. It is a bona fide miracle. You don't buy it. Oh, you had your suspicions before: nothing that good ever graces the Backstreets without some strings attached. But there's also a personal reason behind your mistrust. You know someone—friend or family, colleague or simple acquaintance—who is a frequent patient of this place, and they recently went for their usual check-up. Maybe you even accompanied them to the lobby. It's been days, and they haven't returned. Your suspicion turned to surety. You quickly came across others who shared your experience, banded together, and decided. There is something rotten about Moonsetter Clinic, and you are all going to get to the bottom of it. Introduction Hi there! I am Nope (22, he/they). I hail from the far-off land of New Zealand, and I've been playing and running TTRPGs for close to 9 years now—mainly D&D 5e and 5.5e, but I've also dabbled in other systems like Pf2e and Lancer as well. I am also, as the title might indicate, a big Project Moon fan! This mini-campaign was made to combine two of the interests nearest to my heart, and is hopefully the start of a larger anthology of adventures set in the City. If you're not aware, Project Moon is a Korean indie game studio that creates games set in The City: a cyberpunk dystopia with fantasy elements. Life is cheap, violence is banal and commonplace, and corporation rule unchecked. In terms of vibes, think office workers in suits or streetwear fighting with store-bought swords and back-alley augmentation procedures, living paycheck to paycheck. Familiarity with this setting is not required for this mini-campaign; the plot will be pretty self-contained and won't make many references to the wider Project Moon canon. Details - System: D&D 5.5e, with some homebrew to adapt it to Project Moon's setting. The necessary homebrew is actually quite light (just 9ish pages) thanks to the City arguably borrowing more from high fantasy than conventional sci-fi in its worldbuilding; thus, the majority of translation is in reflavouring abilities and classes rather than bespoke custom rules. You can take a peek at the homebrew I plan to use here. - Level: Probably around 5-7, to be discussed with players during Session 0. Level-up is unlikely, given that this is a single adventure. - Time: Sunday 2pm fortnightly, GMT+12. Sessions will run from 3-4 hours. - Starting Date: My goal is to hold Session 0 sometime in early-mid October! - Length: 4-6 sessions, as a very rough estimate. More likely to be longer than shorter. - Players Needed: 4-5 - Platform: Foundry for VTT, Discord for communication Requirements - Age 18+ - Have a decent mic and a stable internet connection. - Have some decent experience with D&D 5e or 5.5e, or be willing to learn quickly. - Be willing to be earnestly invested in the campaign, and in each other's characters. - Be prompt and timely in showing up to sessions; give advance notice of a few days if you're not able to make it. - Don't be a bigot or an asshole. - No use of generative AI; I'm not a fan. Further Considerations - This is an LGBTQ+ friendly table! If you're not comfortable with that, go elsewhere. - The following topics will be covered: classism, mental health, medical malpractice, slight body horror. - The campaign will likely have a focus on combat and social interaction, with limited exploration. - This campaign is intended to be serious, but not misery porn! There will be ample space for jokes, light-hearted moments, and goofiness in general. - Combat difficulty will aim for 'challenging but fair'. I'm not interested in playing every encounter absolutely optimally; enemies will act based on their personalities, goals, and the current situation. As a DM, my priority is for combat to be fun and engaging, while still maintaining actual stakes—notably, this means non-zero chances of character death. - The setting of the campaign is not perfectly 1-to-1 with the Project Moon setting, due to D&D's mechanics and structure. The biggest divergence from canon is that magic as it works in D&D exists in the City and is well-understood and utilized as just one of many pathways to gain power, alongside technology, augmentations, and sheer competence. - Project Moon's stories are very character-focused, with emphasis on personal trauma, character growth, and facing your fears to achieve self-actualization. Include the word sun somewhere in your application. While the scope of this mini-campaign means there probably won't be much in the way of formative character arcs and development, I want to keep that focus on character-driven personal stories that Project Moon is known for. - My hope is to run this mini-campaign and others like it (some set in the City, some with their own bespoke settings) to build a community of like-minded players, with whom I hope to establish a long-term TTRPG gaming group! - I am technically a Project Moon larper LMAO (haven't played any of the games, got into it purely through watching playthroughs and wiki-diving) Applying If you want to apply, fill out this form! Once I gather enough respondents, I will shortlist a number of potential players and schedule interviews with them over voice call on Discord. After that, I will select 4-5 players to invite to a Session 0, and hopefully from there the campaign will begin!

G'day g'day! I'm Kregler! You can call me Jasper or Jazza if you really like. I'm 21 and would consider myself a fairly intermediate DM, having DM'd on and off over the past 3 years for short stints- though I have been playing MUCH longer. Just to establish some expectations as to what I'm looking for in players... I'm seeking a group of people who are within my age group. Meaning over 18 and preferably under 30. This will be a fairly average sized group of four players, with a focus on combat and roleplaying in the combat, with a strong focus on the party's dynamic. Just a thing of personal taste- I find AI character art to be VERY jarring and it honestly just breaks my focus, so please don't use it, I'm happy to help you find alternatives. Also, please for the love of the Lord, do not use AI to generate your backstories. Sessions will be hosted at 5:30pm AEST every Saturday, either weekly or fortnightly depending on the general preference. If you're in an American or European timezone, you very well may struggle! Planning on starting a Session 0 on the 22nd of August, with Session 1 on the 5th of September. You will all be starting at Level 3! Anyways... some info on the setting and campaign. Falkovnia is a Ravenloft setting, with a LOT of zombies. Characters will originate from a Faerun that is far more grim to fit the theme. Expect an intense amount of combat with endless hordes of the undead and an exploration of the very human horror of war. As for your characters... The black shadow of War has always hung over you. The hatred upon the faces of foes you've slain, the death-rattles of your family slaughtered in a raid, or the tears you have wrought in shattering families by your own atrocities. Mayhaps you've tried to escape it. Mayhaps you've accepted your lot. Mayhaps you could never live without it. An incredibly lucrative offer in a wartorn land leads your characters to the eternally burning forest of the Château de Levagneux - the sight of a terrible massacre. A noble man from the local Kingdom desperately clutches at the idea his family may yet be found, even if that means sending fodder down the rabbit hole. Something terrible hides in the thick smoke and cinders, none of the locals dare go near, for those who do oft never return. It draws you further in, still. A part of you - more ancient then your spirit or soul - can feel what is beyond there. Its all too familiar. Application link below! https://forms.gle/L9qfa135raMjupbLA
