DUNE: HEIRS TO THE DARK Yesterday you served the Great Houses. Today you are one. Welcome to the Great Game. Knife fights in space. Poison in the spice tea. Duels over matters that could probably have been settled with a bit of wit and some conversation. Chases, betrayals, very expensive clothing, and extremely questionable decisions. The Emperor has elevated your House and granted you a world of your own. Now comes the fun part: keeping it! Of course, nobody gives away a world without a reason. Create a House, its characters, and the world you've inherited. Make allies and enemies. Navigate the Landsraad. Bargain with the Spacing Guild. Build a fortune - or lose one. Settle old scores and make new enemies. Decide what kind of rulers your House will be. Political intrigue • House building • Exploration • Mystery • Adventure New players welcome. No knowledge of the Dune RPG, movies, or novels required.

Beyond the crowded trade routes of the Third Horizon lies the Quadrant of the Pillar: distant stars where fortunes wait to be claimed, ancient mysteries sleep beneath alien skies and the authority of empires fades into dust. Travel among bustling bazaars carved into asteroid stations, negotiate with proud clan leaders over cups of spiced tea, and cross dangerous portal routes where corsairs, pilgrims, merchants and warlords all pursue their own destinies. In this science-fantasy setting inspired by the cultures, stories and myths of Arabia and North Africa, you'll explore unknown worlds, uncover forgotten secrets and decide what kind of future will be built at the edge of civilization. Group of 3 players and 1 facilitator looking to expand to 4 players! We play a variety of RPGs, with our next campaign being Coriolis: The Third Horizon. Our focus is on narrative-driven and indie games, though we like to dabble in a little bit of everything. We usually play on Saturdays at 10:30 AM PST. If you're interested, drop me a line and we can chat to see if we're a good fit. Note: We tend to favor narrative and indie RPGs over D&D or Pathfinder.
