Thief organization (modern)

I've been thinking of this game for a while It is Carmen sandiego inspired world where charismatic 20 something Year olds juggle the world of the powerful and elite stealing priceless artifacts using a custom point system that I plan to set up it will mainly focus on A artifact of the week that the group have to devise a plan to steal and also come up with a way to sell it what the help of a patron (Me) You will be presented with three missions for you to decide amongst yourself and choose every week and your actions of the previous week will have effect on your affiliations I'm thinking of three main fractions faction 1 is a gorgeous older woman who loves fashion and will have you mainly stealing rare gems, one of a kind fashion pieces, and unique fabrics and accessories, faction 2 is a art lover a who is a non-binary beautiful creature who is fascinated by all types of art they will mainly have you stealing artworks, musical scores, or antiques and the last faction is a handsome rich old man who has so much money he has no idea what to do with it and his task will mainly be unique and expensive items that are mostly random in category but are usually visibly more luxurious some weeks artifacts will be in the same place allowing you to maybe get both if you're quick enough but for the most part they will be far away in different countries I'll also give you made up information on the artifacts and people who currently possess them think of me as the informant You will also have budgets the way that these will work is how long it takes you to do things and how likely you are to fit in with the people around you For example if one week we go to a bar and a little known city in your wearing big luxurious brands you might be seemed as suspicious or you might get charged more for something because you're seen as wealthy results in a new losing money that you could have used for information or a upscale party    an average week will look like this  mission 1 estimated cost (xxx) ways of transportation, accommodation, info about specific faction and item you are to still, difficulty level x/5 mission 2 estimated cost (xxx) ways of transportation, accommodation, info about specific faction and item you are to still, difficulty level x/5 mission 3 estimated cost (xxx) ways of transportation, accommodation, info about specific faction and item you are to still, difficulty level x/5 You and your team will choose among these options for that week it has to be a majority vote  Then you will be provided with a file with more in-depth information on the possible methods note: I will ask in chat before the mission what y'all want to do but I'll also do a roleplaying part so that you can decide in character but after you pick you will be locked in for the mission you choose the day before in chat  more info and questions can be asked in the discord or in my dms The day is planned on Saturday 7pm est I'm looking for 4-6 people no more and I'm cool with new people because this is mostly a unique system I'm setting up I'm also a new DM so if that's a turn off it's cool this a weekly game planned for about 3-4 hours if we find all the people we will have a session 0 this Saturday if not next Saturday  Thank you for reading Tinybean ( sorry for the grammar qaq)
