Pirate Borg 🏴‍☠ Into the Maelstrom Mini-Campaign

Greetings, scoundrels, thieves, rogues, and pirates. I'm running a short to medium length Pirate Borg campaign and looking for 1–2 more players to join the filthy ranks. You'll be thrown into a lethal sandbox in the Caribbean during the Golden Age of Piracy, where war, undead horrors, occult forces, and general madness are dragging the world toward apocalypse. You won't be playing heroic do-gooders. You'll be desperate bastards with loaded pistols, questionable morals, and whatever ambitions you can keep alive long enough to pursue. There is no predetermined story you're expected to follow. Characters are randomly rolled, death is very much on the table, and what you do with the miserable life the dice give you is entirely up to you. Become a legendary pirate. Steal a ship. Hunt horrors for silver. Get filthy rich. Become an exotic undead drug kingpin. Start a war. Or simply try to survive the end of the world. I've already got three solid players, and we're setting sail next Monday. Sessions run weekly on Mondays at 7 PM PT for roughly 3–4 hours, using Foundry with Discord for voice. The crew is established and the game is happening, no weeks of session zeros or waiting around to get things off the ground. Pirate Borg is rules-light and easy to learn; no experience is required. Roll a character. Play next Monday. If you're interested, shoot me a DM with a little about yourself, why you want to join, and what you're hoping to get out of the game. We'll go from there. Bring rum. Bring powder. Bring a spare character.

Campfire embers are the last thing you remember. Whether you were traveling alone or guarding a merchant caravan, the wilderness suddenly went dead silent. Then came the masked attackers—too many, too coordinated, and overwhelmingly lethal. Your camp was slaughtered. But you? You were taken. If you ever want to feel the sun on your face again, you and your fellow captives must forge a desperate alliance, break free, and survive an escape that will spiral into a world-spanning epic. A BIT ABOUT ME: Hello, my name is Aron, I’m 34 and I started playing this game as the forever DM just before COVID hit and have been DMing multiple weekly games since. I am for the most part fairly introverted which this hobby has helped deal with, and while I may not do all the little funny voices (it’s a thing I’m working on) I’m a sucker for the Rule of Cool and a good story! And what better story then one you build together as a collaboration with other like minded individuals?! Outside of D&D my interests revolve heavily around music, movies, and other general nerd things
