After the Great Cataclysm, the ten remaining cities of Decidia became encapsulated by Barriers to protect them from the extraplanar creatures that devastated the world. Life in the Ten Cities is often a struggle for their people, as dictatorial Elders rule their cities with an iron fist, and shadowy groups conspire to bring down the Barriers for their own purposes.
