An Open World Adventure

I'm planning to do a mini-campaign for 2-3 months. Its going to be an open world game with many quests to choose from in a video-game fashion. We'll create the world together in session 0. Its going to be a fairly low stakes (no grimdark setting), low power, collection of oneshots kind of game. There will be no world ending threat or a long overarching plotline. The players will have alot of involvement in the world hopefully as we'll be making all the npcs and the world together in sess 0.
