Worldbuilding
Trails Weaver is a visual worldbuilding app for game masters, worldbuilders and writers. Every character, location, faction and item is a page with rich text, images, custom properties and a relations table, and any page can also be dropped onto a board. Saga20
Tools & Platforms

Saga20

Dungeons & Dragons
Worldbuilding
Saga20 is the campaign tool that keeps up with your table. It is a full world builder, a campaign wiki, a session summarizer, a character sheet system and a shared player portal, and all of it runs off one action: hit record. Play the session, upload the audio, and Saga20 works out who spoke, writes the recap, and pushes what happened into every world page it touched. Characters, locations, factions and items each keep their own page, their own timeline, and a link back to the session where it happened. Most world builders need you to update them. This one updates itself. It works for every TTRPG system, from D&D across all editions to Pathfinder 1e and 2e, Call of Cthulhu, Cyberpunk RED and Vampire: The Masquerade, with character sheets built into the app. The app is quickly growing in popularity and is already being used and trusted by thousands of GMs. Description Every campaign wiki dies the same death. Immaculate for four sessions, then the group plays a long night, nobody writes it up, and a month later the wiki describes a campaign that no longer exists. Saga20 fixes that at the source. The session is the input, and the world updates because you played, not because you did homework afterwards. Underneath the automation is a proper world builder. Characters, NPCs, locations, factions, items, deities, starships, corporations, clues, house rules: anything in the campaign gets a real page, with rich text, images, custom icons and cover art, organized into folders and templates and custom entity types for whatever the world needs. Search reaches every page instantly. A campaign graph draws who knows whom. Interactive maps carry routes, regions, pins and the party's current position. Build it all by hand if that is the fun part, or you can import an existing world across from Obsidian, Notion, Google Docs or World Anvil and carry on from there. You can then upload session recordings to automatically update your world wiki. Anyone at the table can record, on a phone, a dedicated mic, Discord or Zoom, and nobody else has to install anything. Saga20 generates the Session Notes including choices, clues, quests and consequences that happened during the session then automatically updates the world pages so you'll always have an up to date wiki without having to spend hours after every session.  It is not only the GM's tool but a tool for the entire table. Players can read the campaign and session notes without an account, or choose to claim their own characters, keep their character sheets on the same page as the story, and arrive at the next session actually remembering the last one. The wiki can be themed to match the setting and published on its own link. Prep, play, notes and the whole table, in one place.

One Realm

One Realm

Virtual tabletop (VTT)
English
One Realm is an AI-assisted campaign workspace and virtual tabletop built for groups that want to play tomorrow—not spend the week preparing. It turns adventures, source material, and campaign notes into an organized, playable world, helping GMs complete work that might otherwise take hours or days in a matter of minutes. Characters, locations, encounters, maps, relationships, and story events are automatically organized and connected. From there, the GM can prepare scenes, create artwork, manage characters, and run the game through the integrated virtual tabletop. Because everything shares the same campaign context, preparation flows directly into play without rebuilding the session across multiple tools.

Threadfall
Tools & Platforms

Threadfall

English
Free
Threadfall is a campaign management platform built for live tabletop role-playing games. It records the session, transcribes speech in real time with speaker diarization, and turns the resulting transcript into a recap, a running campaign codex, and a live screen for the table, so the Game Master can stop taking notes and focus on running the game. The product was built by a Game Master frustrated with the gap between what happened at the table and what survived to the next session. Notebooks, spreadsheets, and post-session memory dumps consistently failed to keep up with multi-session campaigns where NPCs accumulate, loose threads multiply, and the party's choices weeks ago suddenly matter again. Threadfall treats the session itself as the source of truth: whatever was said at the table becomes structured, searchable, and remembered. Description What it does at the table During a live session, Threadfall captures audio, transcribes it in real time using state-of-the-art automatic speech recognition, and identifies who is speaking. A live screen, designed for a second monitor, a tablet at the table, or a shared display, shows the unfolding session in a clean, distraction-free view. The Game Master sees recent dialogue, current scene context, and tracked entities without breaking flow. What it does between sessions When the session ends, Threadfall produces a recap that captures what actually happened, character actions, key dialogue, decisions, and consequences: drawn from the transcript rather than from the GM's memory. It updates the Living Codex: a structured repository of characters, locations, factions, items, and plot threads that grows automatically as the campaign progresses. Entities are extracted, relationships are mapped, and the codex is searchable from the next session onward. Who it's for Game Masters running ongoing campaigns, particularly online or hybrid groups using voice chat, but equally useful for in-person tables with a recording device. It's system-agnostic: nothing in the product assumes Dungeons & Dragons or any specific rule set. It's been built and tested against D&D 5e and 5.24, but works equally well for Pathfinder, Call of Cthulhu, indie systems, and anything else where a group of people talks for hours and the GM has to remember it all. Free tier New users get two complete live sessions and recaps to try the product, with no credit card required. Founder rate Game Masters who subscribe during the launch window receive a Founder rate of $7.99/month for as long as they remain subscribed, including three campaigns, six AI sessions per month, the full Living Codex, and the live screen. Technical foundation Threadfall is built on real-time speech-to-text with speaker diarization, large-language-model summarization and entity extraction, and a knowledge-graph backend for the campaign codex. The infrastructure is designed for the unusual demands of multi-hour, multi-speaker, jargon-dense sessions where the participants invent proper nouns on the fly. Independent and actively developed Threadfall is built by an independent developer who is also an active Game Master and player. The product is shipped iteratively, with bug fixes and features released as feedback comes in from the founding group of Game Masters using it weekly.

Hero's Rise

Hero's Rise

English
Campaign Management
Hero's Rise is a digital companion tool and cross-system rules engine currently in development for  (TTRPG) Game Masters. Designed to solve the mechanical issues of running campaigns that borrow from multiple game systems simultaneously, the tool acts as an automated translator and calculator for tabletop mechanics. Instead of Game Masters spending weeks manually rewriting rules to make different games compatible, Hero's Rise automatically translates elements like feats, spells, status conditions, and action economies between systems such as Pathfinder and D&D. The tool ensures that hybrid games remain balanced without stalling gameplay. Hero's Rise is in pre-production and managed by a small team, with an early access launch targeted for late 2026 or early 2027.

Recap Raven
Tools & Platforms

Recap Raven

English
Subscription
Recap Raven is a Discord bot that records Dungeons & Dragons and other tabletop roleplaying sessions and automatically transforms them into detailed, organised campaign notes. It is designed for groups that play over Discord and want to preserve everything that happened withoutasking a player or Game Master to spend the session taking notes. Description With the table’s consent, Recap Raven joins a Discord voice channel and records the game while everyone plays normally. When the session ends, it transcribes the conversation and creates a structured, player-safe recap covering important story events, character decisions, NPC interactions, locations, discoveries, combat encounters, items, clues, quest progress, memorable moments, and unresolved story threads. Recap Raven also creates private notes and preparation context for the GM. Player-facing information is kept separate from hidden knowledge, future plans, secrets, and other GM-only material. These private tools help the GM remember improvised NPCs and locations, review important player choices, track outstanding hooks, and prepare for the directions the party might take next. Every completed session contributes to a searchable campaign memory. Players and GMs can ask questions such as who possessed a particular item, what an NPC promised the party, where an event occurred, which quests remain unresolved, or what happened during a missed session. Recap Raven answers using evidence from the original session transcript, making it possible to verify where campaign information came from. The bot is suitable for long-running campaigns, short adventures, and groups whose session notes have become scattered across Discord messages, documents, notebooks, and memories. Its catch-up summaries also help absent players return to the game without requiring another member of the group to explain the entire previous session. Recap Raven works with Dungeons & Dragons, Pathfinder, Daggerheart, Call of Cthulhu, and other TTRPG systems played through Discord. It allows players to concentrate on roleplaying and storytelling while giving the whole table a campaign record that becomes more useful with every session.

Nav-Fi³
Tools & Platforms

Nav-Fi³

English
Campaign Management
Nav-Fi³ is a web-based campaign companion for the Traveller RPG, covering both the classic Third Imperium setting and Mongoose's 2300AD. Run your ship like a real operation: a time-aware financial ledger tracks income, costs, mortgages, and crew payroll against each vessel's account, with automatic PENDING/POSTED transitions synced to your campaign's calendar. Plot jump routes on an interactive TravellerMap-integrated navigator, manage cargo holds and speculative trade, and let The Cube (or 2300AD's The Link) generate freight, passenger, mail, salvage, and prize contracts on demand. Multi-user by design: a Referee can grant players granular access to piloting, cargo, or finance on a per-ship basis, suspend and reinstate them without touching the roster, and everyone logs in with Google or Discord (2FA supported). Crew records track status over time — active, MIA, deceased — and every session's changes surface in an automatic "Since Last Session" recap. Two settings, one interface: pick Traveller (with full Milieu/era support) or 2300AD (Gregorian calendar, Stutterwarp drives, colonial nations) from the sidebar — same tool, faithfully adapted rules underneath.
