AD&D Toolkit is a collection of tools for Dungeon Masters that integrates seamlessly with digital Character Sheets. It is not a VTT.  Its a digital assistant for DMs and Players.  It greatly enhances both in-person and online play by speeding up and automating the more interesting, yet cumbersome mechanics of AD&D. RollCamp is a free, browser-based platform built only for D&D 5e (2024): character sheets that do the math, the SRD rules in an illustrated compendium, and a live table with maps, 3D dice and webcams, all in one place. There’s nothing to install, no paid plan, and no marketplace to buy into before you can play. Description Most virtual tabletops support every system, so the character sheet ends up being a form you fill in yourself. RollCamp does one game, and that’s the point: its 2024 rules engine knows what your class, species, background and feats give you, and recalculates armor class, hit points, saves, attacks and spell slots with every choice. Players build characters with a guided creator, Game Masters prepare campaigns and run sessions, and everyone meets at the same table in the browser. The table needs a desktop browser; sheets and the compendium work on phones too.

I kept being the one at the table saying "hang on, let me look it up", or I would remember a detail wrong. I built Loresight to help me out. It listens while you play. Say a spell name and the spell comes up. Say a monster's name and the stat block is on screen before you've finished the sentence. You tell it which categories to pay attention to (e.g. spells, items, monsters), so it isn't throwing item cards at you every time somebody mentions a rope. The microphone only runs while you've got listening switched on. It also works as a normal reference app so you can use quick search too. Loresight is free and will never be for sale. If anyone asks you to pay for it, it is not Loresight. The only official downloads are this Google Play listing and the GitHub releases page. Four systems come built in: D&D 5e (SRD 5.1), the 2024 5e SRD, Pathfinder 2e Remaster under the ORC licence, and Daggerheart SRD 1.0. You can add more content and systems. A system is just a JSON content pack, and once it's loaded the app treats it like any of the built-in ones. You can browse it, search it, and the assistant will spot its names while you talk. There's nothing D&D-specific buried in the code. Homebrew sits next to the official content rather than replacing it. Browsing works the ordinary way when you'd rather do it yourself. Search by name or work down through the types. Entries link to each other, so you get from a monster to the spell it casts in one tap. Search only ever covers the system you're playing, so Pathfinder results never turn up in a D&D game. There's a notetaker as well. It transcribes anything it hears directly to text. It won't identify people, but where possible it will add "new speaker" with a line break so sentences don't run into each other. All of this runs on the device. Speech recognition is local, audio is processed and thrown away immediately and is never saved, and there's no account, server or analytics anywhere in it. Turn the wifi off and nothing changes. The install is large for the same reason: the speech models are inside the app. Android is the primary platform and the best-tested build. The Windows, Mac and Linux apps are the same thing, but they aren't code-signed because there's no budget for the certificates those platforms charge for, so expect a one-time "unidentified Fair warning: the listening is best effort and won't always be 100% accurattrade-off in on-device speech models. I'm also limited to allowed contentonly for this release, since that's what can be handed out, with the attributions in the app. This is why I made it extensible with an import/export system. Basic Roleplaying is the venerable "D100" engine that has powered Chaosium’s greatest hits for over four decades. Originally appearing as a slim booklet in 1980, it was most recently revitalized as the Basic Roleplaying: Universal Game Engine in 2023. In 2026, it stands as one of the industry's most important open-source platforms, released under the ORC License, allowing independent creators to build and sell their own games using its legendary, time-tested mechanics. Description BRP is a "genre-neutral" toolkit that discards character levels and rigid classes in favor of a pure skill-based system. Whether you are playing a Bronze Age warrior, a 1920s detective, or a futuristic mech pilot, the core experience remains the same: your character is defined by what they can do. Because it uses percentages (e.g., "I have a 65% chance to climb this wall"), it is widely considered the most intuitive and "transparent" RPG system for new players to understand at a glance. System Overview & Key Features The Universal D100 Engine Every action is resolved by rolling two ten-sided (d10) dice to get a result from 1 to 100. If you roll is equal to or under your skill rating, the action is deemed a success. This approach simplifies the mechanical process of the game, as there are no complex tables to keep track of and compare to decypher whether it is a success or failure. Organic Character Growth There is no "Experience Points" system in the traditional sense. Instead, when you succeed in using a skill, you mark a "Skill Check" on your character sheet. At certain stops in the game/story, the player rolls to see if the character improves in those skills, meaning your character evolves based specifically on the actions they performed (and succeeded at) during the game. Modular Rule Design The Universal Game Engine is designed with variations and systems to choose from. GMs can choose whether they prefer to just use "Hit Points" or add a more detailed wound system with "Hit Locations" for more realistic tactical consequences. Systems for Magic, Sorcery, Mutations, or Superpowers (depending on the setting) can be added, instead of being baked in the core mechanics, ensuring the mechanics always fit the theme of the game. Deadly and Tactical Combat BRP combat is grounded and dangerous. Unlike high-fantasy games where adventurers have a vast health pool, a single strike of a sword or bullet in BRP can be fatal. This encourages players to think creatively and use mechanics and terrain to their advantage. Talking their way out of situations is often seen as more reasonable (and survivable), than just treating every conflict as a forced combat situation. The ORC License Revolution By introducing to the Open RPG Creative (ORC) license, BRP started a wave of third-party "Powered by BRP". This has expanded the system into new genres like Cyberpunk, Wuxia, and Cozy Fantasy, all supported by a single, unified ruleset and system, compatible with most themes. Compatibility with "The Big Three" Because the core mechanics have remained the same since the beginning, a monster or spell from a 1980s supplement is almost always compatible with the modern 2026 engine. This gives GMs access to one of the largest libraries of pre-written adventures in tabletop gaming, spanning Call of Cthulhu, RuneQuest, and Pendragon.
